COOKS & BOOKS: Top Chefs Reveal Their Favorite Cookbooks

     Join us for the final program in our popular series, Cooks & Books, where top chefs from around Connecticut come to discuss their favorite cookbook as well as their own restaurants. Each chef's all-time favorite cookbook will be revealed at the beginning of the event.


     The February 11 event features CLAIRE CRISCUOLO, owner - Claire's Corner Copia, New Haven. She is also the author of 4 vegetarian cookbooks.


     The series is held at Noah Webster Library Meeting Room, 20 S. Main Street, West Hartford. Registration is required due to demand - each caller may register a maximum of two people (including the caller). REGISTRATION begins on Friday February 1 at 10AM and is by phone at 860-561-6990.
