Go For a Ride and Support a Great Cause with the 5th Annual Healthy Heart Spin at the Mandell JCC; Sunday, February 3, 2013

Dress in red and hop on a spin bike in support of the American Heart Association with the Mandell JCC’s 5th Annual Healthy Heart Spin on Sunday, February 3, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Chase Family Gallery at the Mandell JCC, Zachs Campus, 335 Bloomfield Avenue, West Hartford, CT. Participants will choose from 1-, 2-, or 3-hour spin sessions, with a suggested donation of $25 per hour, announced event co-chairs Kathy Amstrong Crouch and Ari Steinberg.
