Israel Inside: How a Small Nation Makes a Big Difference

Everyone is welcome to join Beth El Temple for a breakfast buffet and to watch a new feature-length documentary sponsored by the Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC). The breakfast will be accompanied by a speaker from the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC).   The documentary, “Israel Inside: How a Small Nation Makes a Big Difference” will explore the positive characteristics of Israeli society from a humanistic, psychological, and emotional perspective.  This insightful and uplifting documentary sidesteps the usual conversation of politics, conflict, and violence and tells the story of the Israeli people, whose resilience has propelled Israel to the forefront of world innovation and progress.  The Movie will be followed by a discussion with Amit Gavish, a Jerusalem native and General Manager of Briefcam, an Israeli technology company.

Co-sponsored by Beth El Temple’s Men’s Club and the Israel Engagement Committee, the cost is $7.00 (free for Beth El Men’s Club members).  Please RSVP by November 15th to Joe Springut at 860-676-9878 or dr.eyesjoe@gmail.com.  For more information please call the Temple office at 860-233-9696 or visit us online at www.bethelwesthartford.org or like us on Facebook  http://www.facebook.com/bethelwh
