Learn to Play Like a Pro with the Mandell JCC and Andrew Pinnock’s February Vacation Football Clinic; Friday, February 22, 2013

Learn how to break tackles from a former NFL fullback, Andrew Pinnock, at the Mandell JCC’s Andrew Pinnock Football Clinic, on Monday, February 22, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Mandell JCC, Zachs Campus, 335 Bloomfield Avenue, West Hartford, CT.

Andrew Pinnock, head coach of the clinic, played for the San Diego Chargers and the Denver Broncos for over six seasons. While a senior at Bloomfield High School, Pinnock was named Mr. Football in 1998 for the state of Connecticut, and won both All-State and All-District honors. He is currently active in youth outreach programs specializing in leadership training and coaching football.

The clinic is for children in grades 2 through 6, and will feature various skill-building drills including route running, proper throwing techniques, catching, blocking, learning to reduce fumbles, and more professional drills. This is a non-contact clinic, and will conclude with a flag football game.
