Sports Jams Presents: Durelle Brown at the Mandell JCC February Vacation Basketball Clinic; February 19 & 21, 2013

It’s almost playoff time and Durelle Brown is back to help children take their hoop skills to the next level at the Mandell JCC, Zachs Campus, 335 Bloomfield Avenue, West Hartford, CT. The Durelle Brown Basketball Clinic is for children in grades 1-5 and 6-8.


For athletes in grades 1-5, the clinic will take place on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. For those in grades 6-8, the clinic will take place on Thursday, February 21, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.


Durelle Brown brings over 15 years of basketball coaching experience including Kingswood Oxford School, Camp Renaissance, and Dan Doyle KO Skills Development Clinics. Brown played Division I college basketball at Manhattan College, where he graduated in 2001. He played professional basketball for ten years in Europe, Brazil and Argentina, and is the owner of Big Fundies’ Basketball Training.

The Durelle Brown Basketball Clinic is open to JCC Members and nonmembers. The fees are $60 for nonmembers and $45 for JCC members. To register, contact the Member Services Center, 860-236-4571.
