This winter, warm up with an evening of good food, live music, drinks, and tavern games. Tavern Nights at the Noah Webster House offer an 18th-century night out by candlelight. The next evening will take place on Saturday, January 26 with sittings at 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. Reservations are required.
Tickets for each night are $32 per person for the general public and $27 for museum members. The price includes dinner, one complimentary drink, live music, and tavern games. Additional beverages will be available for purchase.
On Saturday, January 26, the menu includes cheese and apples, steak pie, roasted potatoes, steamed green beans, and gingerbread. The entertainer for the evening will be Don Sineti, a local chanteyman with a big following and a bigger voice. A beer tasting by City Steam Brewery will also take place.
