West Hartford Women in Networking to hold Time Management event
West Hartford Women in Networking will hold its monthly meeting which is open to interested women throughout Greater Hartford. We will have introductions, small-group breakout sessions and a talk by Abby Marks Beale on Time Management and Stress Reduction. Abby Marks Beale, founder of The Corporate Educator, helps busy professionals work smarter, faster and just plain better. Her mission is to give business professionals the skills they need to function at peak levels of performance and personal satisfaction.She started her training business in 1988 (formerly called The Reading Edge) to help busy people read better and faster. Her programs grew in popularity and over the years, she added other pertinent business productivity topics like email management and etiquette, and time and stress management. In 2005, she changed the company name to The Corporate Educator to better reflect the company’s wide-range of corporate training offerings. She has added other topics like career coaching, organizing, multi-generational workplace, financial management and business writing using the services of other experts in these fields.Abby is the author of 10 Days to Faster Reading, The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Speed Reading and Success Skills.
