Gentle Yoga - Every Thursday Morning
Gentle Yoga will sooth the body, mind and spirit, beginning with
the breath awareness, ending with a guided imagery relaxation (savasana). This
class is geared towards those who want or need a gentler, slower approach to
the strength, flexibility, and relaxing benefits of a yoga practice.
"Gentle" yoga is in essence a state of mind which respects and allows
the body/mind to flow and find ease through acceptance, focus and
thoughtfulness. Experience the benefits of this ancient health practice in a supportive class
environment.
