Save the Date: West Hartford’s 15th Annual Mayor’s Charity Ball 2014

HARTFORD, CT- Mark your calendars for the gala event of the year! The Mayor’s
Charity Ball returns Saturday, May 10, 2014. Max Catering will cater this
year’s gala, with music performed by Eight to the Bar. A Special
Guest of Honor for this year’s Ball will be CT Teacher of the
Year John Mastroianni (Director of Bands, Hall High School). All proceeds
from the event will benefit two West Hartford
non-profit organizations, HopeWorks Inc. and Playhouse on Park.



The gala is looking for sponsors, program ad purchases, and
donations for the live and silent auctions. If you or your business is
interested in participating this year, visit the event website to download the
necessary forms.



The Mayor’s Charity Ball will be held from 6 pm to midnight. For
