Hartford, a discounted group buying program offered in partnership with the
State of Connecticut to West Hartford residents.  Speakers include Catherin Diviney, Town
Energy Specialist, members of the West Hartford Clean Energy Task Force, and
pre-selected solar installer, C-TEC.
