The State of Civil Rights

Scot X. Esdaile, president of the NAACP of Connecticut, will discuss the latest issues in human and civil rights in Connecticut on Monday, Sept. 30, at the University of Connecticut School of Law.

The event, sponsored by the Greater Hartford Chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union of Connecticut, will begin at 7 p.m. in the William F. Starr Hall Reading Room 65 Elizabeth St. 

Admission is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
