Charity Event at Pond House - Elizabeth Park

‘Frank ‘N  Steins at the Park’ is the theme for a second annual fundraising event. The evening benefits Freshplace, a food pantry providing hunger relief and support services to low-income families in Hartford’s impoverished Upper Albany neighborhood.

The event will feature grilled brats (‘franks’) and a tasting of locally craft brewed beers, (‘steins’) along with hors d’oeuvres inspired by the season’s bounty. The event will also feature a wine tasting and live bluegrass music. Frank ‘N Steins at the Park is sponsored by Taylor Rental, Manchester, CT; Pullman & Comley, LLC; and Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC.

Beer tastings will be provided by Thomas Hooker Brewery, City Steam Brewery, Harpoon Brewery, Narragansett Brewery and Olde Burnside Brewing Company. Wine tastings will be provided by Sonoma Wines and Spirits.
