LUCY Activewear and Alpha Krav Maga host 1-Day self defense seminar at New York Sports Club in Blueback Square
Looking to learn the basics of self defense? Tired of feeling like a potential victim? LUCY Activewear and Alpha Krav Maga are hosting a 2 hour seminar to teach the basics of self defense.
The event which wil be held Friday, January 31st from 7pm to 9pm at New York Sports Club located on 65 Memorial Road in West Hartford will be taught by regional Krav Maga experts Eric Jutras of Alpha Krav Maga Manchester and Jamie Arute of Alpha Krav Maga CT. The seminar will serve as an introduction to the skills that are necessary to defend yourself and get in shape.
Krav Maga is an Israeli based martial arts system which is recognized as one of the most aggressive and advanced fighting systems in the world. Additionally, it emphasizes practical situations where individuals may be victimized; making it one of the most functional martial arts today.
