It seems everyone we run into asks us how the market is doing so we figured it would be a great topic for our first blog piece for 2013.
SINGLE FAMILY HOME SALES: December year-to-date sales of 627 are running 11.8% ahead of last year's year-to-date sale of 561. The Median Sales Price in December was $281,000 up % from $265,000 in December 2011
CONDOMINIUM SALES: December year to date sales of 114 are running 17.5% ahead of last year's year-to-date sales of 97. The Median sales price in December was $201,500, down 24.5% from $267,000 in December 2011. We attribute this dramatic drop to the lack of luxury condos available for sale during that time.
