Rebuttal to Susan of Panache Consignment

What this woman has said in rebuttal to my terrible experience at her shop is so full of lies it's ridiculous.   I am not posting this info to be vindictive but just to warn others.    On Sunday the woman who owns the Childrens' Consignment shop on Park Rd came into my store with her daughter.  It was her first experience in my shop and as small retailers often get to do, we started chatting.   This is how I came to find out she also had a business in town.   I told her my story regarding Panache and then she said a good friend of hers also had a similar experience at this shop.
Unlike me who was told that an itemized list would be sent, this person was told by Susan that she does not give out lists.   Woman went to pick up her stuff after being told nothing had sold and found a lot missing.   End of story.   Again, enter at your own risk.
