A new CardioLatin fitness group class will be held every Wednesday from 7:30-8:15.

It seems as though every year we begin by making a Resolution to get into better shape or lose the weight. However I can't seem to drag myself to a gym, where everyone runs on machines and loses motivation to workout.

As a dancer, I can count on one hand how many times I have entered a gym. Dancing is a great calorie burner and works out your whole body rather than focusing on one part with a machine. I can't think of a better way to get a workout in than by dancing!

With that in mind, we went about developing a fun workout where you can follow your instructor through various Latin dance moves. Using cha cha, jive, samba, salsa, and more, people can enjoy learning Latin dance moves, burn calories, and also work on improving their dance technique. There is laughter, smiles, friendships, and the same burn the gym gives you.

This 45 minute class runs every Wednesday from 7:30-8:15 and is only $8.00 to attend. Want to try it? Stop in any week, everyone is welcome, all levels, and all ages.
