Over 150 runners and walkers participated in Northwest Catholic High School's inaugural NWC Scholarship Scamper 5k Road Race, with proceeds from the event going toward scholarships to help deserving students enjoy a Northwest Catholic education.
Brian Poirier, a 2012 graduate of Northwest Catholic, was the overall race winner. Sarah Gillespie, a 2013 graduate, was the top female finisher. Complete results are available at www.northwestcatholic.org/5kscamper.
Since 1961, Northwest Catholic’s mission has been to educate the whole person: mind, body, spirit, and soul. Enrollment for the Class of ’17 is now under way. For more information, contact Andrew Selig (860-236-4221, x140 or aselig@nwcath.org).
