Peppercorn's Grill to Host a Beer and Bacon Dinner

If you love beer and bacon, this is the dinner for you.

Who doesn’t love beer and bacon?

On Wednesday, April 23 at 7 p.m., Peppercorn’s Grill will present a Beer and Bacon Dinner.

The dinner will include five courses of bacon-goodness, paired with five different, incredible beers.

Vegans may want to pass on this one.

We did a test run with the menu, and everything was fabulous! Check out the photos here.

For only $65 per person (plus tax and gratuity), this is something you don’t want to miss out on.

Menu

1st Course
“Sushi” of Applewood Bacon
Black mission figs and gorgonzola, arugula, and watermelon radish salad with drops of fig molasses.

2nd Course
Bucatini All Amatriciana
Traditional Roman spaghetti, tossed with crispy “guanciale” (imported Italian pancetta) and caramelized onions deglazed with amber beer, San Marzano tomatoes, and pecorino romano.

3rd Course
Interpretive Buffalo Mozz Composition
With grilled radicchio, orange scented beer reduction, pistachio puree, truffle honey, red watercress, and kumquat garnish.

4th Course
Slow Cooked Pork Belly
Served with Istrian style red cabbage, potatoes “girrarosto” with crispy bacon, and toasted bread crumbs with an apple pear mostarda glaze.

5th Course
Bacon Bread Pudding
Our signature chocolate bread pudding infused with bacon, served with a side of chocolate bacon gelato, and finished with bacon dust.
