Among the Charges: Assault, Burglary, Disorderly Conduct

Arrests by West Hartford police between Nov. 7-Nov. 9, 2011. The following information was supplied by the West Hartford Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.


The following arrests were made between Nov. 7 and Nov. 9, 2011, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was from the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

NOV. 9

BROWN, GARRY D., 51, of 114 Layton St., West Hartford: Arrested at 114 Layton St.; charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, injury/risk/impairing morals, interfering with a 911 call. Bond $7,500.

Police said Brown was arrested following an alleged incident of domestic violence.

NOV. 8

TORRES, GILBERT, 41, of 100 Flatbush Ave., Apt. A2, Hartford: Arrested at 75 Westpoint Terrace; charged with assault 3rd, breach of peace 2nd. Bond $1,500.

JERRICK, COREY, 25, of 45 Danforth Lane, West Hartford: Arrested at New Park Ave./Kibbe St., Hartford; charged with violation of probation. Bond $25,000.

DIVALENTINO, DAVID V., 48, of 2660 Berlin Turnpike, Newington:  Charged with second-degree failure to appear in court. Bond $40,000.

NOV. 7

MARTINEZ, ISAMAR, 18, of 514 Trout Brook Drive, West Hartford: Arrested at 514 Trout Brook Drive; charged with disorderly conduct.

WHITE, WILLIE J., 44, of 65 Columbus Blvd., New Britain: Arrested at Hartford Superior Court; charged with burglary 3rd, criminal mischief 1st, larceny 5th. Bond $20,000.

LAWSON, HERTY W., 40, of 1 King Philip Drive, Apt. 323, West Hartford: Arrested at 2037 Boulevard; charged with assault 3rd, burglary 1st, criminal mischief 2nd, disorderly conduct.

Police said Lawson forced her way into her boyfriend’s house, scratched his face and smashed a chandelier.

ADAMS, CARL J., 28, of 72 N. Imperial Drive, Manchester: Arrested at 103 Raymond Road; charged with criminal violation of a protective order  (threatening), criminal mischief 2nd.
