Bond $5,000. Khan, Ahmed Mohiuddin, 43, of 49 Belcrest Road, West Hartford: Charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Bond $2,500. Smith, Penny Melissa, 46, of 85 Fuller Drive, West Hartford: Charged with disorderly conduct and injury/risk/impairing morals of a minor. Bond $1,500. Burkamp, Krista, 45, of 16 Henrey St., Hartford: Arrested at 195 Prospect Ave.; charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $2,500. Berto, Rodrigo Emiliano, 25, of 241 Republic Drive, Apt. 1, Bloomfield: Charged with evading responsibility, failure to have lights lit, license classification and operating while under the influence. Bond $500. Halibozek, Tracy Joseph, 51, of 1101 New Haven Road, Durham: Charged with failure to drive right and operating under the influence. Bond $500. JUNE 30: Diaz, Oscar R., 27, of 854 Capital Ave., Hartford: Arrested on Talcott Road; charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. Police said he assaulted several people during a family gathering. Bond $10,000. Ramistella, James A., 42, of 560 Park St., Hartford: Arrested at 331 South Road; charged with shoplifting from Solstice. Police said he fled on foot and was caught by a Farmington K-9 in a wooded area south of Wendy's. Also charged with second-degree failure to appear. Total bond $5,000. Ditaranto, Kevin, 19, of 1184 Troutbrook Drive: Charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace after an intoxicated fight. Bond $2,500. Cichowski, Devin M., of 1348 Boulevard: Charged with failure to obey control signal and operating while under the influence. Bond $500. Halverstadt, Ryan D., 25, of 96 Country Club Road, New Britain: Arrested at Park Road and South Main Street; charged with failure to drive in proper lane, operating while under the influence and failing to signal turns. Bond $500. Ortiz, Renan, 25, of 25 Selldan St.: Charged with first-degree assault, disorderly condct and two counts of injury/risk/imparing morals of a minor. Police said he assaulted his pregnant girlfriend while intoxicated. Bond $25,000. JUNE 29: Laboudy, Deanna, 24, of 164 Sand Hill Road, Portland: Arrested at Home Depot, 503 New Park Ave.; charged with fifth-degree larceny, possession of a shoplifting device, violation of conditional release and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $25,000. Pitts, Katie, 24, of 90 Monce Road, Burlington: Arrested at Home Depot, 503 New Park Ave.; charged with fifth-degree larceny and violation of conditional release. McKernan, Linda P., 44, of 7 Rumford St.: Charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. Bond $1,000.
