Among the Charges: Burglary, Drug Possession, DUI

Arrests by West Hartford police between April 16-April 22. The following information was supplied by the West Hartford Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.

The following arrests were made between April 16 and April 22, 2012, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was from the , 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

APRIL 22

REATEGUI, STEPHANIE, 24, of 75 Colonial Drive, Wethersfield: Arrested at Trout Brook/Vera St.; charged with driving while impaired, failure to drive in proper lane, failure to signal. Bond $500.

APRIL 21

GAGNON, CAROL, 62, of 341 Rainbow Road, Windsor: Arrested at 674 Farmington Ave.; charged with second-degree breach of peace, first-degree criminal trespass. Bond $1,000.

EZE, PRESLEY C., 25, of 17 Brownleigh Road, West Hartford: Arrested at 17 Brownleigh Road; charged with disorderly conduct. Bond $2,500.

SOUSA, BENJAMIN J., 27, of 397 Park Road, 2nd floor, West Hartford: Arrested at S. Main/Park Road; charged with operation while under the influence, traveling unreasonable fast. Bond $500.

APRIL 20

FLORES, GEORGE D., 44, of 18 Chapman Road, West Hartford: Charged with illegal possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, traveling unreasonably fast. Bond $2,500.

Police said Flores was allegedly in possession of crack cocaine and a drug pipe following a motor vehicle stop.

APRIL 19

EPPNER, JACOB R., 18, of 25 Coolidge Road, West Hartford: Arrested at 1 Coolidge Road; charged with attempted burglary 1st, interfering with an officer, burglary 1st, two counts of larceny 6th, two counts of burglary 3rd. Bond $25,000.

Police caught Eppner allegedly breaking into vehicles and houses on the street where he lives. Police said Eppner was taken into custody after being tasered.

OROZCO, GABRIEL R., 19, of 56 Troy St., West Hartford: Charged with assault 2nd, breach of peace 2nd, criminal mischief 3rd. Bond $5,000.

Orozco surrendered to a warrant for allegedly assaulting his baby’s mother, police said.

KEETON, CHARLES R., 38, of 41 Robin Road, Apt. 302, West Hartford: Charged with assault 3rd, disorderly conduct. Bond $1,500.

APRIL 18

HALL, JONATHAN, 50, of 46 Acadia St., West Hartford: Arrested at 46 Acadia St.; charged with disorderly conduct. Bond $1,000.

WITHERSPOON, RICKY, 25, of 22 Valley Brook Road, Branford: Warrant served at 103 Raymond Road; charged with breach of peace 2nd, larceny 6th. Bond $5,000.

RETTMAN, TIMOTHY R., 30, of 235 S. Quaker Lane, West Hartford: Charged with violation of probation. Bond $10,000.

APRIL 17

PURCHASE, LEE, 36, of 28 Alan Drive, Simsbury: Arrested at Mountain Road/Stoner Drive; charged with illegal possession of narcotics. Bond $1,500.

ROBERTS, PAUL E., 53, of 12B Dunham Road, Canton: Arrested at Mountain Road/Stoner Drive; charged with illegal possession of narcotics. Bond $1,500.

MCKAY, JOHN E., 21, of 31 Pinnacle Road, Farmington: Warrant served at 103 Raymond Road; charged with failure to appear in court 2nd. Bond $10,000.

APRIL 16

HINZE, JORDAN, 24, of 95 Lorelei Circle, Middletown: Charged with failure to keep drug in original container, illegal possession of narcotics, larceny 6th. Bond $5,000.

BOROCH, ROBERT L., 44, of 26 Fernbel Lane, West Hartford: Arrested at 26 Fernbel Lane; charged with two counts of violation of a protective order (threatening). Bond $50,000.

BOUT, TODD A., 32, of 30 Woodlawn St., Apt. 7K, Hartford: Charged with identity theft 3rd, two counts of illegal use of credit card, larceny 2nd, two counts of receiving goods/services obtained illegally. Bond $20,000.

Police said Bout surrendered to a warrant alleging that he used a victim’s credit card without permission. Bout allegedly stole approximately $11,500 in jewelry from the victim and pawned it, police said.
