The following arrests were made between Jan. 12 and Jan. 15, 2012, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was from the , 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

JAN. 15

COLLINS, CLEVELAND A., 18, of 119 Hillcrest Ave., Apt. B, West Hartford: Charged with three counts of third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree false statement. Bond $2,500.

Suspected of damaging property on New Park Avenue with paint balls, police said.

SERRANO, ERIBERTO, 29, of 24 Wells Ave., East Hartford: Arrested at Flatbush Ave./Oakwood Ave.; charged with operation without a license, operation while under the influence.

JAN. 14

VARHALAK, CANTASIA, 19, of 137 Oakland Terrace, Hartford: Arrested at 1500 New Britain Ave.; charged with risk/injury/impairing morals, conspiracy to larceny 6th, larceny 6th. Bond $5,000.

THORNTON, CHRISTIANA, 20, of 137 Oakland Terrace, Hartford: Arrested at 1500 New Britain Ave.; charged with risk/injury/impairing morals, conspiracy to larceny 6th, larceny 6th. Bond $5,000.

PUSEY, STEPHEN, 28, of 317 Somers Road, Ellington: Charged with illegal possession of narcotics, operating unregistered motor vehicle, possession of less than half-ounce of marijuana. Bond $10,000.

Police said Pusey was allegedly in possession of four bags of marijuana and a small bag of crack cocaine following a traffic stop.

CIANFAGLIONE, PETER, 18, of 219 Penn Drive, West Hartford: Arrested at 56 Lincoln Ave.; charged with breach of peace 2nd, burglary 3rd, possession of less than half-ounce of marijuana. Bond $2,500.

SMITH, TORIE, 27, of 15 Prospect St., Apt. 27, New Britain: Arrested at 635 Prospect Ave.; charged with assault 3rd, criminal mischief 3rd, disorderly conduct, injury/risk/impairing morals. Bond $2,500.

JAN. 13

COLON, MARCUS A., 20, of 10 Fairfield Ave., Hartford: Arrested at Marion Ave./Hollywood Ave.; charged with illegal manufacture/sale/distribution
of drugs, illegible plate, weapons in motor vehicle. Bond $2,500.

LUDWIN, SCOTT M., 33, of 109 Tomlinson Ave., Apt. 12E, Plainville: Warrant served at 103 Raymond Road; charged with larceny 5th. Bond $2,500.

FLORES-LOPEZ, EDWARD, 20, of Washington St., Hartford: Warrant served at 103 Raymond Road; charged with conspiracy to burglary 3rd, burglary 3rd, interfering with an officer, larceny 3rd, conspiracy to larceny 3rd, using/tampering with motor vehicle without permission, conspiracy to using/tampering with motor vehicle without permission. Bond $7,500.

Suspected of burglarizing a motor vehicle and related theft charges, police said.

COLAPIETRO, PHILLIP, 30, of 33 Concord St., Bristol: Arrested at I-84/Prospect Ave.; charged with failure to wear seat belt, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $10,000.

Police said Colapietro was in possession of heroin, which was allegedly concealed in his buttocks.

RHODY, JOSEPH H., 30, of 130 Barker St., Hartford: Arrested at I-84/Prospect Ave.; charged with failure to appear in court 2nd. Bond $250.

LUNA, JOSE ANGEL, 26, of 1670 Broad St. Apt. 202, Hartford: Arrested at 1670 Broad St., Hartford; charged with conspiracy to burglary 3rd, burglary 3rd, criminal mischief 1st, conspiracy to criminal mischief 1st, interfering with an officer, larceny 3rd, conspiracy to larceny 3rd, possession of less than half-ounce of marijuana, using/tampering with motor vehicle without
permission, conspiracy to using/tampering with motor vehicle without
permission. Bond $25,000.

GALLANT, ALISHA A., 25, of 34 Fairview St., Apt. A4, West Hartford: Charged with criminal mischief 3rd, disorderly conduct, injury/risk/impairing morals. Bond $5,000.

Arrested after alleged altercation with her boyfriend with their 1-year-old child present, police said.

SUTHERLAND, RYAN H., 27, of 34 Fairview St., Apt. A4, West Hartford: Charged with assault 3rd, disorderly conduct, injury/risk/impairing morals. Bond $5,000.

JAN. 12

MINELLA, JUSTIN J., 24, of 56 Delmar Drive, Bristol: Arrested at Ellsworth Road/Riggs Ave.; charged with two separate counts of violation of probation, operation with registration/license suspended or revoked operation while under the influence. Combined bond $125,000.

MCCLAIN, BRENDA S., 36, of Park St. Hartford: Charged with larceny 6th, possession of drug paraphernalia, three counts of failure to appear in court 2nd. Combined bond $17,500.

Suspected of shoplifting from Family Dollar on New Park Avenue and was in possession of a crack pipe, police said.

MCLEAN, HEATHER M., 27, of 705 Lake Ave., Bristol: Arrested at Trout Brook Drive/Park Road; charged with making improper turn, operation while under the influence. Bond $5,000.
