The following arrests were made between April 2 and April 4, 2012, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was from the , 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

APRIL 4

GUINDON, BRIAN A., 51, homeless: Charged with first-degree burglary, third-degree burglary, two counts of sixth-degree larceny, attempted third-degree assault. Bond $100,000.

Police said Guindon allegedly broke into a residence and was chased by a homeowner until taken into police custody.

JONES, RICHARD E., 55, of 29 Whitman Ave., West Hartford: Charged with failure to drive in proper lane, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

REYES, JUSTIN A., 19, of 156 Dart St., Hartford: Arrested at 1288 Boulevard; charged with attempted burglary 3rd, criminal attempt. Bond $5,000.

BAYARSAIHAN, DASHZEVEG, 49, of 1610 Asylum Ave., West Hartford: Arrested at Trout Brook/Asylum Ave.; charged with evading responsibility, two counts of failure to drive right, failure to renew registration, operation while under the influence. Bond $1,000.

SHELTON, DAISHA M., 20, of 513 S. Main St., Warrenton, N.C.: Arrested at 1099 New Britain Ave.; charged with larceny 5th, possession of a shoplifting device. Bond $2,500.

VASQUEZ, MELISSA J., 32, of 61 Glenn Road, Apt. B4, East Hartford: Warrant served at 103 Raymond Road; charged with violation of protective order (threatening), conspiracy to larceny 5th. Bond $2,500.

APRIL 3

PITT, CHRISTOPHER A., 40, of 955 Capitol Ave., Hartford: Arrested at 1020 Boulevard; charged with illegal possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of probation, failure to appear in court 2nd. Combined bond $41,000.

SANTIAGO, FRANCES M., 25, of 270 Laurel St., Hartford: Arrested at 1020 Boulevard; charged with illegal possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

BOROCH, ROBERT L., 44, of 26 Fernbel Lane, West Hartford: Arrested at Fern St./N. Main St.; charged with two violations of a protective order (threatening), misuse of plate, no insurance, operation with license/registration suspended or revoked, operating unregistered vehicle.
Combined bond $20,000.

LAPP, DAVID A., 53, of 73 Parsons Drive, West Hartford: Arrested at 73 Parsons Drive; charged with disorderly conduct, threatening 2nd. Bond $2,500.

HSU, VEN C., 69, of 1105 Farmington Ave., West Hartford: Warrant served at 103 Raymond Road; charged with 11 counts of illegal manufacture/distribution/sale prescription drugs, illegal manufacture/distribution/sale prescription drugs, nine counts of illegal
manufacture/distribution/sale prescription drugs. Bond $45,000.

ODESSKY, ANTON A., 29, of 42 Farmington Chase, Farmington: Arrested at 770 Farmington Ave.; charged with possession of heroin, conspiracy to illegal possession of narcotics. Bond $10,000.

ODESSKY, STANISLAV A., 27, of 90 Kane St., Apt. B8, West Hartford: Arrested at 770 Farmington Ave.; charged with conspiracy, possession of heroin, operating with registration/license suspended or revoked, parking in handicap space, illegible plate. Bond $10,000.

ODSKI, GALINA, 51, of 25 Harris Road, Avon: Arrested at 770 Farmington Ave.; charged with possession of heroin, conspiracy to illegal possession of narcotics.

ORCHINGWA, KELECHI R., 25, of 756 S. Quaker Lane, West Hartford: Warrant served at 103 Raymond Road; charged with failure to appear 2nd. Bond $500.

APRIL 2

RESIGNA, RHONA LEE, 57, of 9 Mountain Laurel, Cromwell: Arrested at Westfarms mall; charged with larceny 5th. Bond $10,000.

BONILLA, DAVID, 27, of 1678 Broad St., Apt. 301, Hartford: Arrested at 1445 New Britain Ave.; charged with interfering with an officer, violation of conditional release 2nd. Bond $5,000.

O’DONNELL, GREGORY W., 26, homeless: Charged with burglary 3rd, criminal trespass 1st, larceny 6th. Bond $7,500.

ROGERS, ELIJAH, 21, of 1078 New Britain Ave., Apt. 317, West Hartford: Arrested at 1073 New Britain Ave.; charged with criminal trespass 1st. Bond $3,000.

SMITH, SHERRY G., 24, of 1078 New Britain Ave., West Hartford: Charged with breach of peace 2nd, threatening 2nd. Bond $1,500.
