Suspected of trying to steal a bottle of liquor at Cheers Wines & Spirits while accompanied by his girlfriend and their child.

WHITTINGHAM, TASHA, 31, of 950 Asylum Ave., Hartford: Charged with injury/risk/impairing morals, larceny 6th, conspiracy to commit larceny 6th. Bond $5,000.

Suspected of stealing a bottle of liquor at Cheers Wines & Spirits while accompanied by her boyfriend and their child.

ALCOVER, GUILLERMO, 27, of 6 Highland St., Apt. B1, West Hartford: Arrested at 6 Highland St.; charged with assault 3rd, breach of peace 2nd, criminal violation of a protective order. Bond $7,500.

Accused in a domestic disturbance with girlfriend.

Suspected of smashing a 13-inch TV at step-daughter’s residence, police said.
