The following arrests were made between Feb. 13 and Feb. 15, 2012, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was from the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:
FEB. 15
JOHNNY, BRANDON, 20, of 82 Phelps Road, East Hartford: Warrant served at Hartford Superior Court; charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny. Bond $35,000.

RICHARDSON, RAYMOND, 22, of 131 Tremont St., Hartford: Warrant served at Hartford Superior Court; charged with burglary 1st, larceny 4th. Bond $75,000.
DINAPOLI, ROCCO MICHAEL, 61, of 89 Ladder Hill Road, Weston: Arrested at S. Main St./New Britain Ave.; charged with failure to drive in proper lane, failure to have lights illuminated; operation while under the influence. Bond $1,000.

FEB. 14
LYNCH, KEVIN W., 45, of 10 Rockwell Place, West Hartford: Arrested at 10 Rockwell Place; charged with criminal trespass 1st, disorderly conduct. Bond $20,000.
WILLIAMS-BEY, SALAM O., 48, of 35 Arbor Way, Apt. 22, Ellington: Charged with larceny 5th, conspiracy to commit larceny 5th. Bond $5,000.
LEBRON, JOSHUA, 20, of 158 Newington Road, Apt. 302, West Hartford: Arrested at 1441 New Britain Ave.; charged with breach of peace 2nd, violation of a protective order (threatening), threatening 2nd. Bond $20,000.

HINZE, JORDAN, 24, of 95 Lorelei Circle, Middletown: Charged with larceny 5th. Bond $2,500.
