SANTANA, JOSEPH R., 27, of 541 Zion St., Hartford: Charged with misuse of plate, no insurance, operating unregistered vehicle, operation while under the influence. Bond $5,000.

OROZCO, GABRIEL R., 19, of 56 Troy St., West Hartford: Warrant served at Hartford Superior Court; charged with first-degree burglary, conspiracy to first-degree burglary, attempted fifth-degree larceny.

LIMA, LAURIE, 51, of 64 Cambridge St., East Hartford: Charged with 34 counts of harassment 2nd. Bond $5,000.
COSME, LORENA, 21, of 44 Bannister St., Hartford: Warrant served at 103 Raymond Road; charged with disorderly conduct. Bond $2,500.
MAISONET, JOSE A., 55, of 1574 Main St., Hartford: Charged with illegal possession of narcotics, misuse of plate, no insurance, operating unregistered vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than half-ounce of marijuana. Bond $1,500.
Maisonet was allegedly in possession of crack cocaine and marijuana after a motor vehicle stop, police said.
KNIGHT, LAMAR S., 32, of 80 Kane St., Apt. A2, West Hartford: Charged with sex offender address verification violation. Bond $10,000.
ESTRONZA, JONATHAN A., 20, of 63 Bristol St., Hartford: Warrant served at 103 Raymond Road; charged with breach of peace 2nd, threatening 2nd. Bond $3,500.
GAUMOND, STEVEN C., 38, of 46 St. Augustine St., West Hartford: Warrant served at 103 Raymond Road; charged with failure to appear in court 2nd. Bond $2,500.

IAFFALDANO, JOHN, 48, of 28 Butternut Lane, Milford: Warrant served at 103 Raymond Road; charged with failure to appear in court 2nd. Bond $2,500.
MOJICA, JACQUELINE, 31, of 129 Babcock St., Hartford: Arrested at 21 Fairview St.; charged with failure to appear in court 2nd. Bond $1,500.
