The following arrests were made between June 11 and June 14, 2012, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was from the , 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

JUNE 14

Ortiz, Raymond V., 37, of 53 Henry St., Hartford: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.' charged with two counts of burglary 3rd, larceny 5th. Bond $5,000.

Vasquez, Vanessa, 31, of 43 Center St., Apt. 1B, Hartford: Charged with larceny 5th. Bond $5,000.

JUNE 13

Serrano, Martin, 19, of 72 Dwight St., New Britain: Charged with disorderly conduct, larceny 6th. Bond $2,500.

JUNE 12

Dauphin, Jennifer, 26, of 43 Orange St., Waterbury: Arrested at 1445 New Britain Ave.; charged with larceny 5th, possession of a shoplifting device, robbery 3rd. Bond $20,000.

Police say accused was arrested after shoplifting at Sears and pulled out a pair of scissors when approached by Loss Prevention.

Figueroa, Jose L., 27, of 14 Benton St., Hartford: Arrested at Farmington Ave./Beacon St.; charged with failure to appear 2nd. Bond $5,000.

Serra, Joseph, 28, of 158 Grayville Rd., Amston: Charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

Torres, Nancy, 37, of 10 Woods Edge Dr., Apt. 3B, Newington: Arrested at 1445 New Britain Ave. Bond $25,000.

Police say accused was arrested after a motor vehicle stop inquiry yielded a valid warrant from New Britain for assault 3rd.

Sanchez, Daniel, 19, of 11 Turtle Creek, Apt. A22, East Hartford: Arrested at 11 Turtle Creek, Apt. C21; charged with burglary 3rd. Bond $15,000.

Police say accused was arrested on an outstanding West Hartford Police Department arrest warrant.

Maltby, Shari, 40, of 30 Lincoln Ave., West Hartford: Charged with disorderly conduct. Bond $2,500.

Gouthier, James, 39, of 30 Lincoln Ave., West Hartford: Charged with disorderly conduct. Bond $2,500.

JUNE 11

Dearborn, Kelly A., 28, of 119 Riviera Dr., Agawam, MA: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with failure to appear 1st, forgery 2nd, larceny 3rd. Combined bond $30,000.

Police say accused wrote a number of checks to herself while employed at a local business.

Biedacha, Alexander R., 23, of 500 Darling St., Apt. 1D, Southington: Arrested at I-84 West/Exit 40; charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

Police say accused was stopped for a lane violation and found to be in possession of a needle and numerous empty bags of heroin.

French, Tyler, 22, of 73 Todd Rd., Milldale: Arrested at I-84 West/Exit 40; charged with two counts of illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

Police say French was the passenger during a motor vehicle stop and was found to be in possession of heroin and a needle.
