JAN. 1

SORIANO, VICTOR, 24, of 25 Stevens St., Apt. A, West Hartford: Arrested at 1099 New Britain Ave.; charged with second-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, interfering with a 911 call, reckless endangerment 2nd. Bond $5,000.

Soriano was allegedly involved in a domestic incident inside a girlfriend’s car. Police said he pulled the steering wheel, causing the car to strike a curb and flatten a tire, and smashed the windshield with his fist.

BERRIOS, YOSUE, 31, of 200 Longvue Drive, Wethersfield: Arrested at 33 Abbotsford Ave.; charged with violation of a protective order (threatening), operating a motor vehicle other than motorcycle without a license. Bond $500.

SISSON, DANIEL, 22, of 40 Candlewood Drive, South Windsor: Arrested at 904 Farmington Ave.; charged with breach of peace 2nd. Bond $500.

Allegedly caused a disturbance inside Shish nightclub.

EPPS, JAMES C., 44, of 43 Nelson St., Apt. 1, Hartford: Arrested at 795 Prospect Ave.; charged with burglary 3rd, criminal trespass 2nd, larceny 4th.

Supected of breaking into a storage area in an underground parking lot and stealing a snow-blower, gas can and recycling cans, police said.

BARANOWSKI, JONATHAN, 22, of 141 Mountain Road, West Hartford: Charged with creating a public disturbance, illegal manufacture/distribution/sale/prescription of a controlled substance,
possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $1,500.

WEBSTER, LA-SHAUNA MEISHAGAY, 20, of 45 Rosemont St., Hartford: Charged with failure to appear in court 2nd, failure to respond to infraction. Combined bond $2,603.

SCHULTZ, EVAN A., 20, of 239 Hanks Hill Road, Storrs: Arrested at Hollywood Ave./New Britain Ave.; charged with criminal impersonation, possession of alcohol by a minor. Bond $1,000.

BLAIR, KEROL CARL, 25, of 928 Ralph Ave., Brooklyn, N.Y.: Arrested at 1445 New Britain Ave.; charged with interfering with an officer, attempted larceny 5th, conspiracy to larceny 5th, attempt to receive goods/services obtained illegally, conspiracy to receive goods/services obtained illegally, tampering/fabricating evidence, conspiracy to tampering/fabricating evidence, unlawful completion/reproduction of credit card, conspiracy to unlawful completion/reproduction of credit card. RESTO, MILAGROS, 60, of 21 Prospect Lane, Apt. A2, West Hartford: Charged with attempted assault 1st, disorderly conduct, hate crimes, reckless endangerment 2nd, threatening 2nd. Bond $50,000.

Police said Resto was arrested for attempting to assault a visiting nurse with a kitchen knife.

PERSAUD, DANIEL, 25, of 11 Bidwell Ave., East Hartford: Arrested at 115 Mountain Road; charged with larceny 2nd. Bond $10,000.

Persaud was allegedly in possession of a stolen vehicle.
