Arrests by West Hartford police between May 8-May 14. The following information was supplied by the West Hartford Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.

The following arrests were made between May 8 and May 14, 2012, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was from the , 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

MAY 14

ROOT, NICHOLAS F., 24, of 41 Bretton Road, Apt. A, West Hartford: Arrested at 41 Bretton Road; charged with second-degree assault of elderly/disabled person, disorderly conduct. Bond $10,000.

SANTIAGO, RAFAEL ANGEL, 30, of 598 Oak St., East Hartford: Arrested at 200 Retreat Ave., Hartford; charged with criminal mischief 1st. Bond $2,500.

MORALES, JOE, 30, of 67 Sycamore St., Springfield: Charged with failure to obey control signal, operation while under the influence, possession of less than half-ounce of marijuana. Bond $500.

REID, FITZROY DAMIEN, 22, of 74 Chadwick St., Hartford: Charged with interfering with officer, misuse of plate, no insurance, operation with registration/license suspended or revoked, operation unregistered motor vehicle, two counts of failure to appear in court 1st. Combined bond $25,000.

Reid allegedly lied to police about his identity after a motor vehicle stop and had two warrants for his arrest out of New Britain, police said.

MAY 13

RODRIGUEZ, ROBERTO, 49, of 39 Charter Oak Place, Apt. B15, Hartford: Charged with criminal mischief 3rd, disorderly conduct. Bond $2,500.

MAY 12

GILMAN, LINDA C., 66, of 56 Metacomet Road, Farmington: Charged with operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

STURGES, KAREN, 35, of 15 Vega St., New Britain: Charged with larceny 3rd. Bond $2,500.

KHAZAK, BORIS, 33, of 615 Nott St., Wethersfield: Charged with possession of cocaine.

MAY 11

ARZUAGA, JOSE, 46, of 118 Bonner St., Hartford: Arrested at 1044 Boulevard; charged with violation of a protective order (threatening), misuse of plate, no insurance, operating without a license, operating unregistered motor vehicle. Bond $2,500.

PERONE, BRITTANY TAYLOR, 21, of 119 Davenport Road, West Hartford: Arrested at 117 Oxford St., Hartford; charged with breach of peace 2nd. Bond $2,500.

GONZALEZ, GEA M., 26, of 117 Oxford St., Apt. B6, Hartford: Arrested at 117 Oxford St., Hartford; charged with breach of peace 2nd. Bond $2,500.

ZAMORA, GIANFRANCO, 21, of 11 Still Road, West Hartford: Arrested at Trout Brook Drive/Vera St.; charged with failure to drive right, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

MAY 10

BAILEY, KEVIN J., 28, of 38 Maple St., Apt. 2W, Manchester: Arrested at Flatbush/Newfield St.; charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.

FONTANA, MATTHEW P., 26, of 5 Memorial Drive, Enfield: Arrested at Flatbush/Newfield St.; charged with failure to wear seat belt, possession of heroin, illegal possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $10,000.

Police said Fontana was allegedly in possession of 34 bags of heroin and several Xanax pills after a motor vehicle stop.

MAY 9

TUCKER, ANTWON M., 27, of 45 Oakwood Ave., Apt. B1, West Hartford: Arrested at 38 Arnoldale Road; charged with violation of a protective order (threatening). Bond $5,000.

BOROCH, ROBERT L., 44, of 26 Fernbel Lane, West Hartford: Arrested at Hartford Superior Court; charged with violation of a protective order (threatening). Bond $20,000.

MAY 8

FIELDS, DAVID R., 24, of 767 Litchfield Turnpike, New Hartford: Arrested at 430 New Park Ave.; charged with failure to wear seat belt, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

ARCHER, AKIMA T., 19, of 681 Arch St., New Britain: Arrested at Kane St./I-84; charged with failure to appear 2nd. Bond $500.

FOSTER, LAMONT F., 28, of 123 East Wolcott Ave., Windsor: Arrested at Kane St./I-84; charged with possession of heroin, possession of less than half-ounce of marijuana. Bond $5,000.
