ORTIZ, HECTOR R., 40, of 47 Rowe Ave., Hartford: Arrested at Natalie St./Prospect Ave.; charged with violation of a protective order (threatening). Bond $1,000.

CAMPOS-DIAS, IGOR, 23, of 57 Buckingham St., Newington: Charged with breach of peace, injury/risk/impairing morals. Bond $2,000.

CALDERON-TRIVINO, MIRNALI, 40, of 5 Highland St., Apt. A5, West Hartford: Arrested at 5 Highland St.; charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct. Bond $1,500.

DEC. 24

FEAGIN, KEVIN MAURICE, 45, of 199 Jefferson Lane, East Hartford: Arrested at 1044 Boulevard; charged with three counts of failure to appear in court 2nd, larceny 6th. Combined bond $33,500.

LITTLE, JUQUANA, 22, of 162 Homestead Ave., Hartford: Arrested at 1445 New Britain Ave.; charged with larceny 5th, conspiracy to commit larceny 5th, possession of a shoplifting device. Bond $5,000.

Suspected of shoplifting at Sears, police said.

MIMS, JIMMY M., 28, of 18 Waverly St., Hartford: Charged with evading responsibility, failure to drive in proper lane, following too close, operation while under the influence, reckless driving.

BIEDERMAN, BRENT R., 23, of 21 Harvest Lane, West Hartford: Arrested at Park Road/Greenhurst Road; charged with failure to drive in proper lane, making improper turn, operation while under the influence, speeding. Bond $1,000.

DEC. 23

ANDERSON, KIM, 47, of 44 Brittany Farms Road, Apt. 315, New Britain: Charged with failure to appear 2nd. Bond $500.

ECHEVARRIA, KEITH ALEXANDER, 41, of 17 Foley St., West Hartford: Arrested at 17 Foley St.; charged with disorderly conduct. Bond $5,000.

DEC. 22

GRAHAM, KELLY MARIE, 45, of 349 Main St., Apt. U3, Torrington: Arrested at 17 Foley St.; charged with assault 3rd, disorderly conduct. Bond $5,000.

DOYLE, KATHERINE M., 22, of 182 Hartford Ave., East Granby: Arrested at 182 Hartford Ave., East Granby; charged with violation of probation. Bond $3,500.

TETREAULT, MICHAEL I., 25, of 182 Hartford Ave., East Granby: Arrested at 182 Hartford Ave., East Granby; charged with larceny 3rd. Bond $25,000.

Charged in connection with a motor vehicle theft on Dec. 16, police said.

SINNOTT, WILLIAM MICHAEL, 23, of 320 Queen St., Apt. D8, Bristol: Arrested at S. Main St./I-84; charged with possession of marijuana, illegible plate, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.

SEDA, ARIELY, 20, of 128 Barker St., Hartford: Charged with larceny 4th. Bond $5,000.

Police said Seda was working at a cash register at Macy’s and gave $1,700 of merchandise to her father without charging him.

SEDA, ARIEL, 43, of 130 Nutmeg Lane, East Hartford: Charged with larceny 4th. Bond $5,000.

Suspected in alleged larceny involving his daughter at Macy’s, police said.

PREISSLER, JACOB, 23, of 99 Spring Lane, West Hartford: Charged with failure to appear 2nd. Bond $5,000.

CUMMINGS, ELIZABETH E., 42, of 112 Thomas St., West Hartford: Charged with disorderly conduct.

SMALLWOOD, CHARITY D., 19, of 112 Thomas St., West Hartford: Charged with disorderly conduct.

DEC. 20

ALMEDINA, ANNTOINETTE MARIE, 28, of 417 Zion St., Apt. C21, Hartford: Arrested at New Park Ave./New Britain Ave.; charged with illegal possession of hallucinogen, operation with registration/license suspended or revoked, operation while under the influence. Bond $1,000.

BOROCH, ROBERT L., 44, of 26 Fernbel Lane, West Hartford: Charged with disorderly conduct, threatening 2nd. Bond $15,000.

Allegedly slapped girlfriend and threatened her, police said.

HUDSON, ROBERT I., 51, of 41 Rector St., East Hartford: Arrested at 141 South St.; turned over to Hartford police on a forgery 2nd warrant.
