Among the Charges: Drug Possession, Larceny, DUI

Arrests by West Hartford police between Sept. 15-18, 2011. The following arrest information was supplied by the West Hartford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following arrests were made between Sept. 15 and Sept. 18, 2011, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was from the , 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

SEPT. 17

COLAPIETRO, PHILLIP, 29, of 33 Concord St., Bristol: Charged with failure to drive in proper lane, two counts of illegal possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $1,500.

Police said Colapietro was stopped for a motor vehicle violation when 20 bags of heroin, a half-gram of cocaine, a needle and 30 empty bags of heroin were allegedly discovered.

SEPT. 16

KNIGHTON, PAULETTE, 40, of 52-C Orchard St., Apt. 3, East Hartford: Arrested at 103 Raymond Road; charged with third-degree larceny. Bond $5,000.

NGUYEN, HOANG T., 40, of 3 South St., Hartford: Charged with interfering with an officer, operation with registration/license that is suspended/revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia.

RIVERA, ROSEANNE L., 22, of 108 Harvard St., Hartford: Arrested at S. Main St./New Britain Ave.; charged with failure to drive in proper lane, failure to obey control signal, operation while under the influence. Bond $1,000.

SEPT. 15

HILGERT, CHRISTOPHER, 43, of 12 Laurel Hollow Road, Guilford: Arrested at 376 S. Main St.; charged with failure to drive in proper lane, operation while under the influence. Bond $1,000.
