The following arrests were made between May 21 and May 23, 2012, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was from the , 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:
MAY 23
Jiminian, Christopher John, 22, of 85 Howe Rd., New Britain: Arrested at Exit 40 of I-84 West; charged with failure to display plate/sticker, operating with suspended license, operating unregistered motor vehicle, four counts of failure to appear 2nd. Combined bond $5,500.

Accused was arrested following a motor vehicle stop, police said.
MAY 22

Martin, Debra J., 43, of 39 Thomaston St., Hartford: Arrested at Dover Rd./Farmington Ave.; charged with criminal violation of a protective order/threatening. Bond $2,500.
Collins, Brian R., 27, of 42 Thawny Thush Rd., Naugatuck: Arrested at 1445 New Britain Ave.; charged with three counts of failure to keep drugs in original container, two counts of illegal possession, no insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $10,000.
Accused was arrested for possession of narcotics following a motor vehicle stop, police said.
Ross, Kelsey Marie, 21, of 156B South Eagle St., Terryville: Arrested at 584 Pine St., Bristol; charged with failure to bring motor vehicle to a full stop, injury/risk/impairing morals, interfering with an officer. Bond $80,000.
Accused was arrested on a valid arrest warrant, police said.
Franco, Matthew James, 25, of 584 Pine St., Bristol: Arrested at 584 Pine St., Bristol; charged with two counts of failure to bring motor vehicle to a full stop, injury/risk/impairing morals, two counts of interfering with an officer, operating with a suspended license, reckless driving. Combined bond $150,000.
Accused was taken into custody by warrant for engaging police in pursuit on a motor vehicle stop with a young child in the car, and for engaging officers in pursuit multiple times in a short time span, police said.
Cooley, Kevin Anthony, 30, of 8 Becker Pl., Vernon: Arrested at Prospect Ave. and Park Rd.; charged with two counts of illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.
Accused was found to be in possession of heroin, crack, and paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop.
