LOSZA-SANDOVAL, CESAR R., 37, of 36 Barbour Road, New Britain: Arrested at 576 S. Main St.; charged with failure to drive right, operation while under the influence. Bond $5,000.

JURADO, GUASO, 53 Konstin, Apt. A., New Britain: Arrested at Farmington Ave./Highland St.; charged with failure to drive in proper lane, operation while under the influence. Bond $5,000.
BEDARD, JIMMY, 31, of 11 Fenton Ave., Wolcott: Arrested at South Quaker Lane/Park Road; charged with failure to signal, weapons in motor vehicle. Bond $5,000.

Police said Bedard was allegedly in possession of brass knuckles during motor vehicle stop.
DEC. 16
JENNINGS, NICOLE C., 40, of 96 Boulanger Ave., West Hartford: Arrested at 96 Boulanger Ave.; charged with assault 3rd, disorderly conduct. Bond $5,000.
Suspected of pepper-spraying her boyfriend during an argument, police said.
MELENDEZ, JOSE, 25, of 303 Saybrooke St., Hartford: Charged with burglary 3rd, larceny 3rd.
Warrant served at Hartford Superior Court lockup.
STEWART, GENTRY, 19, of 1925 Main St., Newington: Arrested at 467 S. Main St.; charged with failure to drive right, failure to obey signal, operation while under the influence, possession of alcohol by a minor. Bond $1,000.
DEC. 15
HOWROYD, SARAH C., 28, of 18 Scarborough Road, Manchester: Arrested at Boulevard/Farmington Ave.; charged with improper passing, operation while under the influence. Bond $1,000.
CORTES, NOEL, 22, of 158 Fairfield Ave., Hartford: Charged with carry/sale of dangerous weapon, failure to display plate/sticker, weapons in motor vehicle. Bond $5,000.
Police said Cortes was allegedly in possession of brass knuckles after a motor vehicle stop.
CAPITAN, CHRISTINA, 27, of 74 Mitchell St., New Britain: Arrested at 905 Farmington Ave.; charged with failure to drive in proper lane, operation while under the influence. Bond $1,500.
