LASOTA, GREGORY, 26, of 188 Candlewyck Drive, Newington: Arrested at Farmington Ave./Prospect Ave.; charged with failure to obey control signal, operation while under the influence, possession of less than half-ounce of marijuana, reckless driving. Bond $500.

TOW, ALEXANDER STEFAN, 22, of 288 Quinlan Ave., Meriden: Arrested at Gold Roc Diner parking lot, 61 Kane St.; charged with possession of hallucinogen, weapons in motor vehicle. Bond $1,000.
RODRIGUEZ, GABRIEL VEGA, 48, of 521 Prospect Ave., Apt. 7, West Hartford: Arrested at Park Road/Prospect Ave.; charged with fugitive from justice. Bond $250,000.

Police said Rodriguez was wanted on a 2000 warrant in Newark, N.J., for alleged extortion, terrorist threats and blackmail.
RIVERA, ANGEL LUIS, 43, of 743 Park St., Apt. 4E, Hartford: Arrested at Hartford Police Department; charged with third-degree larceny. Bond $10,000.
CUCURELLO, JOSEPH, 30, of 25A Wharton Brook Drive, Wallingford: Arrested at 84 Flatbush Ave.; charged with failure to wear seatbelt, possession of crack cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $10,000.
OCT. 8
GONZALEZ, HECTOR LUIS, 25, of 475½ Burnside Ave., East Hartford: Arrested at Albany Ave./Mountain Road; turned over to Hartford police.
NAVARRO, LUIS A., 42, of 33 Center St., Hartford: Arrested at New Britain Police Department; charged with larceny 4th. Bond $5,000.
MALDONADO, REINALDO, 54, of 25 Beechwood Road, West Hartford: Charged with injury/risk/impairing morals. Bond $5,000.
Suspected of failing to supervise his grandson, who was wandering in the road for approximately 10 minutes, police said.
BOROCH, ROBERT L., 43, of 26 Fernbel Lane, West Hartford: Arrested at 26 Fernbel Lane; charged with criminal mischief 4th, evading responsibility, failure to drive right, interfering with an officer, no insurance, operation with registration/license suspended or revoked, operation of unregistered motor vehicle, weapons in motor vehicle. Bond $10,000.
LAMESA, LAUREN, 22, of 2 Wilson Court, Enfield: Charged with failure to drive in proper lane, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

MILES, STEVEN, 30, of 26 Angelas Way, Burlington: Arrested at I-84W/Kane St.; charged with possession of heroin, interfering with an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, restricted turns failure to signal. Bond $5,000.
MULAWKA, WOJCIECH JERZY, 31, of 99 Harold Road, Farmington: Arrested at I-84W/Kane St.; charged with two counts of possession of heroin, interfering with an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.
STERGIOTIS, GEORGIOS A., 30, of 25 Westview Terrace, Farmington: Arrested at I-84W/Kane St.; charged with two counts of possession of heroin, interfering with an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $10,000.

FIGUEROA, PEDRO, 27, of 139 Grant St., Hartford: Arrested at 1068 New Britain Ave.; charged with first-degree larceny. Bond $50,000.
