The following arrests were made between March 8 and March 11, 2012, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was from the , 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

MARCH 11

RAMSEY, ALEXANDER, 21, of 27 Steele Road, Enfield: Arrested at 503 Park Ave.; charged with second-degree forgery, sixth-degree larceny.

GABRIELE, ADAM, 27, of 101 Kensington Ave., New Britain: Charged with failure to appear in court 2nd. Bond $2,500.

POWERS, WILLIAM, 24, of 619A Heritage Village, Southbury: Arrested at 977 Farmington Ave.; charged with criminal mischief 3rd. Bond $2,500.

Powers is suspected of breaking a parking gate in West Hartford Center, police said.

MCKENNA, SUSAN A., 23, of 385 Fish Rock Road, Southbury: Arrested at Park Road/I-84; charged with operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

TALBOOM, KYLE, 21, of 12 Race Brook Road, West Hartford: Charged with breach of peace 2nd. Bond $500.

TORRES, EDIBURGO L., 40, of 68 Cannon Road, East Hartford: Charged with violation of probation. Bond $15,000.

REAGAN, CHARLES P., 35, of 65 Farhills Drive, Avon: Charged with driving without carrying a license, operation while under the influence. Bond $10,000.

MARCH 9

GEX, THOMAS M., 22, of 198 Park Road, West Hartford: Arrested at 198 Park Road; charged with criminal mischief 3rd, disorderly conduct, possession of a loaded firearm while under the influence of alcohol, reckless endangerment 2nd. Bond $150,000.

Gex was allegedly intoxicated during a domestic incident involving a shotgun and a rifle, police said.

HOULIHAN, BRENDAN, 27, of 327 E. 92nd St., New York, N.Y.: Arrested at 37 LaSalle Road; charged with breach of peace 2nd. Bond $2,500.

TORRES, EDIBURGO L., 40, of 68 Cannon Road, East Hartford: Charged with improper use of a highway by a pedestrian, interfering with an officer, larceny 6th, violation of probation. Combined bond $30,000.

Police said Torres was suspected of stealing from Sephora and providing false information to police.

MARCH 8

REILLY, TIMOTHY J., 20, of 10 Abbotsford Ave., West Hartford: Arrested at 10 Abbotsford Ave.; charged with violation of a protective order (threatening). Bond $10,000.

PARENTI, JOHN P., 40, of 95 Spring St., Apt. 2J, Hartford: Charged with failure to appear. Bond $1,400.
