JAN. 8
REYES, ROBERT S., 24, of 23 Kenneth St., Hartford: Arrested at 956 New Britain Ave.; charged with misuse of plate, no insurance, operating unregistered motor vehicle, operation while under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than half-ounce of marijuana.

MENDOZA, DANIEL, 27, of 1431 Willard Ave., Apt. 6, Newington: Charged with driving right-hand lane, evading responsibility, failure to have headlamps, no insurance, operating unregistered motor vehicle, operation while under the influence. Bond $5,000.
Suspected of fleeing the scene after driving into a street sign, police said.

JAN. 7
CZOP, JOHN CHARLES, 37, of 16 Walnut St., Newington: Charged with possession of heroin. Bond $5,000.
LAWRENCE, IAN, 30, of 10 Prospect Lane, West Hartford: Charged with second-degree failure to appear in court. Bond $2,500.
WHITE, EARL D., 44, of 2 Mountain Brook Road, West Hartford: Charged with failure to appear. Bond $2,000.
JAN. 6
COTTO, JERRY, 36, of 27 Nepaug St., Hartford: Arrested at 443 New Park Ave.; turned over to Hartford police on warrant for breach of peace.
WARD, RICKY R., 30, of 52 Spruce St., Manchester: Arrested at 7 Cadwell St.; charged with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a child. Bond $5,000.
Ward was allegedly involved in a physical altercation with his girlfriend’s brother, putting his young child at risk, police said.
MALDONADO, ANNA C., 19, of 17 Platt St., Lawrence, Mass.: Arrested at 1500 New Britain Ave.; charged with larceny 4th.
ROJAS, GABRIEL E., 19, of 17 Platt St., Lawrence, Mass.: Arrested at 1500 New Britain Ave.; charged with larceny 4th.
MACKO, GREGORY C., 20, of 29 Westwood Road, West Hartford: Arrested in Brace Road town parking lot; charged with breach of peace 2nd, forgery 2nd. Bond $5,000.
WAITHE, JESSE P., 24, of 148 Beacon St., Hartford: Arrested at New Park Ave./Flatbush Ave.; Charged with failure to appear 1st. Bond $25,000.

BELLAMY, DARREN E., 30, homeless: Arrested at 30 Beacon St.; charged with interfering with an officer. Bond $1,000.
HAMBLIN, EQUILLA ROCHELLE, 20, of 150 Earl St., Hartford: Arrested at CVS, 1044 Boulevard; charged with interfering with an officer, conspiracy to larceny 6th, larceny 6th. Bond $2,500.
