The following arrests were made between Dec. 12 and Dec. 14, 2011, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was from the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

DEC. 14

DOS-SANTOS, JULIANO D., 25, of 100 Park Road, West Hartford: Arrested at 100 Park Road; charged with second-degree breach of peace. Bond $10,000.

GRUMLEY, MICHAEL C., 32, of 2447 Berlin Turnpike, Apt. 21, Berlin: Arrested at 146 Loomis Drive; charged with criminal violation of a protective order (non-threatening). Bond $10,000.

RODRIGUEZ, FELIX A., 41, of 718A Farmington Ave., West Hartford: Charged with failure to appear in court 2nd. Bond $2,500.

PAREJKO, DARIUSZ, 40, of 130 Golden Hill St., New Britain: Arrested at Kane St./I-84; charged with possession of cocaine, operating an unregistered vehicle. Bond $2,500.

PIERSCINSKI, RAFAL K., 33, of 138 Tomlinson Ave., Plainville: Arrested at Kane St./I-84; charged with two counts of possession of illegal narcotics. Bond $2,500.

FRALEY, FREDERICK, 32, of 216 Oak St., Manchester: Arrested at Newington Road/Prescott St.; charged with disorderly conduct, illegal manufacture/sale/distribution of prescription drugs, illegal possession of narcotics, illegal possession of hallucinogenic drugs, interfering with an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia in a drug factory situation, possession of less than half-ounce of marijuana. Bond $50,000.

DEC. 13

BROWN, EBONY S., 21, of 9 Eldrige St., Apt. 3C, Manchester: Arrested at 1161 New Britain Ave.; charged with forgery 2nd, attempted larceny 5th. Bond $1,500.

Suspected of trying to pass two forged checks at a Bank of America.

MILLER, JOHN D., 49, of 41 Central Ave., East Hartford: Charged with issuing a bad check, larceny 4th.

GAGNE, JOSEPH, 28, of 14 Potter Road, Stafford Springs: Arrested at New Park Ave./Talcott Road; charged with violation of probation. Bond $20,000.

DEC. 12

LORD, CHRISTOPHER P., 37, of 11 Outlook Ave., West Hartford: Arrested at 11 Outlook Ave.; charged with assault 3rd, breach of peace 2nd. Bond $5,000.

HARRIS, SURRITA L., 27, of 29 Mead St., New Haven: Arrested at 103 Raymond Road; charged with failure to appear 2nd. Bond $500.

FIERRO, PHILLIP, 50, of 312 Scott Swamp Road, Farmington: Charged with failure to keep drug in original container, failure to wear seatbelt, illegal possession of narcotics. Bond $2,500.

Fierro was allegedly in possession of 14 suboxone pills after a motor vehicle stop, police said.
