Eady allegedly ignored orders by police to stop sending text messages to a family member.
BRISTOL, MEGHAN M., 23, of 51 Sterling Drive, Canton: Arrested at Trout Brook Drive/Asylum Ave.; charged with failure to drive in proper lane, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

JOHNSON, MARC A., 41, of 439 New Britain Road, Berlin: Arrested at 507 New Park Ave.; charged with operation with registration/license suspended or revoked, operation while under the influence. Bond $50,000.

FRALEY, FREDERICK FRANK, 33, of 37 Clinton St., Manchester: Charged with violation of standing restraining order. Bond $10,000.
JOHNESE, ANTHONY N., 21, of 17 Brookside Boulevard, West Hartford: Charged with disorderly conduct. Bond $5,000.
MACKEY ANTONNIO M., 31, of 92 Kent St., West Haven: Warrant served at 103 Raymond Road; charged with failure to appear in court 2nd. Bond $20,000.

MARTINEZ, DANNY A., 28, of 96 Woodlawn St., West Hartford: Arrested at 96 Woodlawn St.; charged with violation of probation. Bond $25,000.
MARTINEZ-LOPEZ, MAURICIO, 27, of 96 Woodlawn St., West Hartford: Arrested at New Britain Ave./Woodlawn St.; charged with possession of illegal narcotics near school, illegal possession of an hallucinogen, improper pass on bicycle moped, leaving motor vehicle without brake. Bond $2,500.
Martinez-Lopez was allegedly in possession of two bags of PCP, police said.
