Among the Charges: Possession, Assault, Larceny

Arrests by West Hartford police between March 12-14. The following information was supplied by the West Hartford Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.

The following arrests were made between March 12 and March 14, 2012, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was from the , 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

MARCH 14

DEBLIEUX, SCOTT, 20, of 11 Yale St., West Hartford: Charged with illegal obtaining/supplying drugs, possession of marijuana, illegal possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

BROWN, MARLON T., 34, of 150 Kent St., Hartford: Charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace. Promise to appear.

NARANJO, FRANCHESCA MARY, 20, of 37 Huntington St., Apt. 2B, Hartford: Charged with credit card theft, criminal impersonation, forgery 3rd, identity theft 3rd, illegal use of credit card, larceny 4th, receiving goods/services obtained illegally. Bond $25,000.

Suspect worked as a nurse’s aide for a dementia patient and allegedly used the patient’s credit card, charging more than $1,800 in merchandise, police said.

RHODES, MARK J., 49, of 104 Park Ave., Apt. 44, Bloomfield: Arrested on Oakwood Ave./Kennedy Park on warrants out of Newington and Bloomfield.

RICHARDS, ASHLEY C., 20, of 887 Plymouth St., Windsor: Arrested at 103 Raymond Road; charged with failure to appear in court 2nd. Bond $750.

ROJAS, DAVID, 57, of 315 Zion St., Hartford: Charged with assault 3rd, assault 3rd of elderly/disabled person, breach of peace 2nd. Bond $10,000.
