Among the Charges: Possession, Violating Probation, Breach of Peace

Arrests by West Hartford police between Sept. 12-14, 2011. The following arrest information was supplied by the West Hartford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following arrests were made between Sept. 12 and Sept. 14, 2011, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was from the , 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

SEPT. 14

KNUFFKE, BRANDON, 32, of 357 Norfolk Road, East Canaan: Charged with illegal possession of narcotics. Bond $2,000.

HICKS, DONNA, 50, of 134 Maple St., Winsted: Arrested at Albany Ave./Northmoor Road; charged with second-degree failure to appear in court. Bond $500.

HICKS, WILLIAM L., 53, of 134 Maple St., Winsted: Arrested at 2140 Albany Ave.; charged with failure to appear 2nd. Bond $2,500.

COURTEMANCHE, RAYMOND M., 26, of 182 Hartford Ave., East Granby: Arrested at Newington Road/New Britain Ave.; charged with conspiracy, two counts of illegal possession of narcotics, interfering with an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $10,000.

DOYLE, KATHERINE M., 22, of 182 Hartford Ave., East Granby: Arrested at Newington Road/New Britain Ave.; charged with conspiracy, illegal possession of narcotics. Bond $1,500.

TETREAULT, MICHEL I., 24, of 68 Suffield St., Windsor Locks: Arrested at Newington Road/New Britain Ave.; charged with conspiracy, two counts of illegal possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

BOUDLE, LEONARD A., 35, of 369 W. Center St., Southington: Arrested at 195 Prospect Ave.; charged with illegal possession of narcotics.

Police said Boudle was a passenger in a motor vehicle and was allegedly in possession of 13 bags of heroin.

CANTWELL, STEPHEN MARTIN, 33, of 53 Lancaster Road, West Hartford: Arrested at 1044 Boulevard; charged with illegal possession of narcotics, failure to signal. Bond $1,500.

Police said Cantwell was stopped for a motor vehicle violation and allegedly tried to hide bags of heroin beneath a gear shift.

SEPT. 13

ORTIZ, YOLANDA E., 29, of 1272 E. 103rd St., New Britain: Arrested at 1550 New Britain Ave.; charged with criminal trespass 1st. Bond $5,000.

OLSON, PETER B., 55, of 41 Vera St., first floor, West Hartford: Charged with breach of peace 2nd.

Police said Olson was involved in a road rage incident.

FLINTROY, STEFFEN, 42, of 28 Nepaug St., Hartford: Arrested at New Britain Ave./Hollywood Ave.; charged with illegal possession of narcotics, failure to appear 2nd. Combined bond $7,250.

LINDSEY, JEROME, 52, of 28 Nepaug St., Hartford: Arrested at New Britain Ave./Hollywood Ave.; charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

AYALA, ENRIQUE, 47, of 104 Oakwood Ave., Apt. B3, West Hartford: Warrant served at 103 Raymond Road; charged with violation of probation. Bond $5,000.

CARSON, RONNIE, 58, of 262 S. Marshall St., Apt. C7, Hartford: Charged with criminal trespass 1st, three counts of larceny 6th. Bond $5,000.

SEPT. 12

FOSTER, HAZEL, 54, of 1078 New Britain Ave., Apt. 101, West Hartford: Charged with breach of peace 2nd. Bond $1,500.

SMITH, SHERRY G., 23, of 1078 New Britain Ave., Apt. 102, West Hartford: Charged with assault 2nd, breach of peace 2nd. Bond $2,500.

STEVENS, TRACEY L., 46, of 179 E. Center St., Manchester: Arrested at Park Road/I-84 off ramp; charged with criminal trespass 1st, failure to respond to an infraction. Combined bond $2,599.

Police said Stevens disregarded a previous warning regarding panhandling on the highway ramp.

MORGAN, KEVIN L., 48, of 65 Cherry St., Apt. 3, Waterbury: Charged with forgery 2nd, conspiracy to forgery 2nd, identity theft 3rd, conspiracy to identity theft 3rd, larceny 5th, attempted larceny 5th, conspiracy to larceny 5th, two counts of larceny 6th, conspiracy to larceny 6th. Bond $10,000.
