The following arrests were made between April 23 and April 30, 2012, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was from the , 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

LADZ, STACEY M., 20, of 137 Ballard Drive, West Hartford: Arrested at N. Main/Fern St.; charged with third-degree assault. Bond $500.

APRIL 28

WILLIAMS, CHARLES C., 39, of 87 East Lyme St., Hartford: Turned over by Bloomfield police; charged with harassment 2nd, threatening 2nd, burglary 3rd, violation of restraining order, four counts of harassment 2nd, stalking 1st. Combined bond $275,000.

PORTER, TODD, 19, of 119 Hungerford Road, Hartford: Arrested at 1500 New Britain Ave.; charged with conspiracy, two counts of larceny 6th. Bond $500.

Suspect was working at Macy’s, where he is accused of stealing, police said.

KHADKA, SANJEEV, 21, of 18 Edgemere Ave., West Hartford: Arrested at S. Quaker Lane/St. Charles St.; charged with making improper turn, operation with registration/license suspended or revoked, operation while under the influence. Bond $2,500.

ROSADO, PEDRO, 22, of 48 Linnmoore St., Hartford: Arrested at Macy’s; charged with conspiracy, larceny 6th. Bond $500.

FORBES, BOBBY, 20, of 37 Wesleyan Terrace, Bloomfield: Arrested at Macy’s; charged with conspiracy, two counts of larceny 6th. Bond $1,000.

JUREWICZ, BLAKE E., 18, of 17 Orchard St., Manchester: Arrested at 1996 Asylum Ave.; charged with failure to drive in proper lane, operation while under the influence.

PATEL, KETAN P., 26, of 71 Hopmeadow St., Avon: Arrested at N. Main St./Loomis; charged with failure to obey stop sign, failure to obey signal, operation while under the influence. Bond $10,000.

APRIL 27

THOMAS, KYWANE, 18, of 63 Branford St., Hartford: Arrested at Macy’s; charged with conspiracy, larceny 5th. Bond $5,000.

STEVENSON, CHRISTOPHER R., 39, of 258 Morningside, Bristol: Arrested at 46 Kane St.; charged with two counts of possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $10,000.

Police said Stevenson allegedly overdosed on heroin in a bathroom at Shop Rite.

CARR,* JESSE C., 21, of 741 Bunker Hill Road, Coventry: Arrested at Flatbush/Newfield St.; charged with conspiracy to commit sale of hallucinogen/narcotic, conspiracy to commit sale of controlled substance, possession of narcotics, possession of marijuana, possession of drug
paraphernalia. Bond $50,000.

JUTRAS*, MATTHEW J., 23, of 609 South St., Coventry: Arrested at Flatbush/Newfield St.; charged with failure to display plate/sticker, sale of hallucinogen/narcotic, conspiracy to commit sale of narcotic, conspiracy to commit sale of controlled substance, conspiracy to possess narcotics, possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $35,000.

MICHAUD*, DOUGLAS P., 24, of 110 Hutchinson Road, Andover: Arrested at Flatbush/Newfield St.; charged with conspiracy to commit sale of hallucinogen/narcotic, conspiracy to commit sale of controlled substance, possession of narcotics, possession of marijuana, possession of drug
paraphernalia. Bond $50,000.

*Police said Carr, Jutras and Michaud were allegedly in possession of 52 bags of heroin and 13.37 ounces of marijuana.

GUINDON, BRIAN A., 51, homeless: Arrested at Hartford Superior Court; charged with burglary 3rd, larceny 6th. Bond $25,000.

GARCIA, DENNIS, 19, of 274 Park Terrace, Hartford: Arrested at 35 Walkley Road; charged with multiple counts of burglary 3rd, criminal mischief 2nd, criminal trespass 2nd, possession of burglar’s tools, multiple counts of larceny 6th. Combined court bond set at $35,000.

APRIL 26

BABIJ, STEPHEN W., 35, of 8320 Westbrook Road, Apt. C, Westbrook: Charged with assaulting police, credit card theft, criminal trover 1st, evading responsibility, failure to keep drug in original container, following too close, illegal possession of narcotics, interfering with an officer, larceny 3rd, operation with license/registration suspended or revoked, possession of controlled substance, reckless driving, reckless endangerment 1st. Bond $100,000.

Police said Babij was arrested after allegedly evading responsibility in a motor vehicle accident. Babij allegedly struggled with police, who discovered stolen property inside the vehicle from a burglary in Ellington, a robbery in East Hartford, and a theft in Hartford.

OQUENDO, KASSANDRA M., 19, of 97 Nilan St., Hartford: Charged with disorderly conduct. Bond $5,000.

SANTANA, EDWIN, 21, of 34 Oak St., New Britain: Arrested at 1489 New Britain Ave.; charged with failure to appear in court 2nd, larceny 5th. Bond $5,000.

BALLESTAS*, JONATHAN M., 20, of 410 Asylum St., Apt. 409, Hartford: Arrested at I-84/Park Road; charged with breach of peace 2nd, littering. Bond $1,000.

CASTELLANO-BERRIOS*, ROWIL, 20, of 216 Green Manor Drive, East Hartford: Arrested at I-84/Park Road; charged with breach of peace 2nd, littering. Bond $1,000.

CLAY, BOBBY D.*, 20, of 42 Nesbit Ave., West Hartford: Arrested at I-84/Park Road; charged with breach of peace 2nd, littering. Bond $1,000.

JIMINIAN*, PABLO, 22, of 444 Hillside Ave., Hartford: Arrested at I-84/Park Road; charged with breach of peace 2nd, littering. Bond $1,000.

*Ballestas, Castellano-Berrios, Clay and Jiminian were arrested for allegedly throwing eggs out of a motor vehicle at houses and pedestrians, police said.

APRIL 25

BOSCO, CHRISTOPHER C., 26, of 79 Bart Drive, Canton: Charged with failure to appear 2nd, failure to pay or plead, two counts of conspiracy to larceny 6th, two counts of larceny 6th. Combined bond $10,150.

GORDON, ASHANTIA, 35, of 1078 New Britain Ave., Apt. 201, West Hartford: Charged with violation of a protective order (threatening). Bond $5,000.

APRIL 24

BLUE, TYRELL, 29, of 40 Clark St., Hartford: Turned over by Wethersfield police; charged with violation of a protective order, criminal mischief 3rd, disorderly conduct, larceny 6th. Bond $75,000.

YOUNG, NICHOLE D., 43, of 378 Garden St., Apt. 5, Hartford: Arrested at 342 N. Main St.; charged with forgery 3rd, illegal possession of drugs, attempted larceny 5th, possession of drug paraphernalia, separate counts of failure to appear 2nd. Combined bond $27,500.

Police said Young allegedly attempted to pass a forged check at a bank.

LEWIS, CORY E., 22, of 360 Woodland St., Apt. 301, Hartford: Charged with larceny 6th, threatening 2nd. Bond $5,000.

GOSTYLA, ASHLEY B., 22, of 41 Hoskins Road, Bloomfield: Charged with evading responsibility, larceny 6th. Bond $1,000.

APRIL 23

CRUZ, MIGUEL, 23, of 106 Bannister St., Hartford: Arrested at Farmington/Outlook Ave.; charged with burglary 3rd, criminal mischief 3rd, larceny 6th, burglary 1st, criminal mischief 3rd. Combined bond $30,000.

Cruz allegedly was breaking into cars in the area of Farmington and Outlook Avenues, police said.

QUINTANA, JONATHAN, 22, of 193 Flatbush Ave., Hartford: Arrested at Farmington/Outlook Ave.; charged with burglary 3rd, criminal mischief 3rd, larceny 6th, burglary 1st, criminal mischief 3rd. Combined bond $75,000.

Quintana allegedly was breaking into cars in the area of Farmington and Outlook Avenues, police said.

CERRUTO, KATHLEEN M., 50, of 35 Cherry Brook Road, Canton: Charged with failure to appear 1st. Bond $5,000.

APARICIO, RONALD, 25, of 115 Park Road, West Hartford: Charged with assault 3rd, breach of peace 2nd, reckless endangerment 2nd. Bond $5,000.
