Among the Charges: Stolen Vehicles, Shoplifting, Disorderly Conduct

Arrest log for Jan. 31-Feb. 6

980 New Britain Avenue: Gregory G. Jones, 41, 11 Westridge, Windsor, according to police, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant out of Bloomfield for domestic violence charges and turned over to another police department on Jan. 31. Bond was set at $35,000.

West Hartford: Matthew A. Tepas, 40, 1078 New Britain Avenue, Apt. 321, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, possession of a weapon or dangerous instrument, and first-degree threatening on Jan. 31. Police said he was involved in a dispute with his girlfriend. Bond was set at $25,000.

West Hartford: Weston Krawciw, 33, 10 Fallawater Court, Rocky Hill, was charged with threatening on Jan. 31. Bond was set at $5,000.

79 Randall Avenue:  Paul J. Murasso, 46, 79 Randall Avenue, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct on Feb. 1. Bond was set at $1,500.

West Hartford: Julie Clements, 40, 41 Packard Street, Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct on Feb. 1. Bond was set at $1,500.

West Hartford: David Francisco, 19, 13 Albany Avenue, Hartford, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, interfering with an officer, sixth-degree larceny and soliciting without a permit on Feb. 1. Police said he attempted to steal a package from a resident’s front porch while soliciting for shoveling, fled the scene and when located, interfered with the officer’s investigation. Bond was set at $2,500.

1445 New Britain Avenue: William L. Cooper, 41, 388 Garden Street, Apt. C4, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Feb. 1. Police said he shoplifted at Sears. Bond was set at $1,000.

West Hartford: Ray Jenkins, 31, 287 Lawler Street, Apt. 287, New Britain, was charged with second-degree larceny on Feb. 1. Police said he was the passenger in a stolen motor vehicle. Bond was set at $10,000.

West Hartford: Emanuel Alejandro Nunez, 23, 11 Regency Drive, Apt. A2, Bloomfield, was charged with second-degree larceny, illegal possession, interfering with an officer and operating with registration/license/suspended/revoked on Feb. 1. Police said he was the driver of a stolen motor vehicle and was found to be in possession of PCP. Bond was set at $15,000.

103 Raymond Road: Mildred Vega, 32, 224 Woodland Drive, Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on Feb. 2. Police said she had a valid warrant issued by Manchester Superior Court. Bond was set at $3,500.

103 Raymond Road: Tiya Susan Johnson, 31, 151 Cleveland Avenue, New Britain, according to police, turned herself in on a valid arrest warrant for violation of probation on Feb. 3. Bond was set at $5,000.

West Hartford: Tiashia Figueroa, 28, 159 Maple Street, New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Feb. 3. Police said she was stealing merchandise from Macy’s. Bond was set at $500.

I-84 West/Exit 43:  Jose I. Rivera, 42, 22 Knox Street, Apt. A1, West Haven, was charged with failure to wear a seat belt and illegal possession on Feb. 3. Police said after a motor vehicle stop, he was found to be in possession of heroin. Bond was set at $1,000.

I-84 West/Exit 43: Ronald Golden, 26, 199 Tumblebrook Road, Meriden, was charged with illegal possession, operating with registration/license/suspended/revoked, and windshield obstructing view on Feb. 3. Police said he was in possession of suboxone pills without a prescription. Bond was set at $1,000.

West Hartford: David R. McGowan, 27, 32 Cassilis Road, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on Feb. 4. Police said he was taken into custody on a valid warrant. Bond was set at $5,000.

West Hartford: Ava Grace, 40, 208 Ridgewood Road, according to police, turned herself in on an active arrest warrant on charges of issuing a bad check and sixth-degree larceny on Feb. 4. Bond was set at $7,500.

Tolles Street/Vanderbilt Avenue: Teofilo Arias, 42, 1909 Broad Street, Hartford, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order and threatening and operating a motor vehicle other than a motorcycle without a license, first offense, on Feb. 4. Police said he was stopped and had a warrant for violation of a protective order and was in violation due to the protected party being in the car. Bond was set at $2,500.

1500 New Britain Avenue: Annastacya Heyliger, 19, 115 Barker Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Feb. 4. Police said she was shoplifting at Macy’s. Bond was set at $1,500.

37 Raymond Road: Mandy A. Schroeder, 29, 55 Beths Avenue, Apt. 76, Bristol, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace on Feb. 5. Police said she and her boyfriend started a physical fight between themselves and a Cuvee employee outside of Cuvee. Bond was set at $1,500.

37 Raymond Road: Howard John Cadrain, 30, 55 Beths Avenue, Apt. 76, Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace on Feb. 5. Police said he was involved in a disturbance at Cuvee. Bond was set at $1,500.

Sedgwick Road/Ridgebrook Drive:  Kelly Richards, 23, 1209 Enfield Street, Enfield, was charged with illegal possession of marijuana, operating while under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of LL regulations on Feb. 5. Bond was set at $1,000.

772 North Main Street: Charlotte T. Goroff, 85, 52 Henley Way, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Feb. 5. Police said she selected $78.31 worth of merchandise, concealed it in pre-selected plastic shopping bags and passed all points of purchase without making any attempt to pay for the concealed merchandise. Bond was set at $100.

103 Raymond Road: Stephanie Davis-effa, 30, 614 Garden Street, Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on Feb. 5. Bond was set at $2,500.

103 Raymond Road: Ayan Jibril, 18, 48 Washington Circle, according to police, turned herself in on a valid arrest warrant for larceny on Feb. 5. Police said she was charged with fraudulent use of a teller machine and sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $5,000.

West Hartford: Laura I. Coraspe, 47, 104 Lancaster Road, was charged with driving in right hand lane, failure to have lights lit/device illuminated and operating while under the influence on Feb. 6. Bond was set at $1,000.

1000 New Britain Avenue: Dederick Jimenez, 20, 50 Forest Street, Apt. C9, Hartford, according to police was a passenger in a motor vehicle and was found to have an active arrest warrant out of Hartford for third-degree larceny on Feb. 6. He was turned over to another police department.

West Hartford: Jill Armstrong, 31, 25 Ginger Lane, Torrington, according to police, turned herself in on a warrant on Feb. 6. Police said she was charged with second-degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $2,500.

West Hartford: Darryl Tindal, 27, 17 Race Street, Bristol, was charged with illegal possession of marijuana, third-degree larceny, and operating with registration/license/suspended/revoked on Feb. 6. Police said he was operating a stolen motor vehicle and was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. Bond was set at $20,000.
