Drug Possession, Domestic Incidents Among Charges This Week

Police arrest log for April 25-May 1, 2011

195 Prospect Avenue, Hartford: Peter M. Primeau, 30, 12 Towpath Lane, Avon, was charged with illegal possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on April 25. Police said following a motor vehicle stop, he was arrested for possession of marijuana and two outstanding felony larceny warrants, one from Canton Police and one from East Hartford Police. Bond was set at $1,500.

West Hartford: Brian E. Scott, 53, 950 Garden Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on April 25. Bond was set at $3,000.

103 Raymond Road: Charles Carnard, 33, 170 Whitney Street, Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace on April 26. Police said he was arrested on a warrant. Bond was set at $1,000.

I-84/Exit 41: Marcilynn Paradis, 30, 403 West Street, Bristol, was charged with illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia on April 26. Police said she was a passenger in a vehicle and was found to be in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,000.

I-84/Exit 41: Donald M. Chasse, 35, 25 Caswell Avenue, Bristol, was charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating with registration/license/suspended/revoked and restricted turns fail signal on April 26. Police said he was stopped on a motor vehicle violation and was found to be in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000.

890 Farmington Avenue: Sean E. Velez, 37, 33 Westminster Drive, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct on April 27. Police said he was arrested after an incident where he got into a verbal argument with his girlfriend, became upset, rang the doorbell for about an hour without leaving and then attempted to climb the downspout, causing damage to it. No bond was set.

South Highland Street/Warrenton Avenue: Herman K. Alexander, 46, 330 Laurel Street Apt. 307, Hartford, was charged with two counts of third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny on April 27.  Bond was set at $20,000.

West Hartford: Isaias Ramos, 40, 126 Silver Lane, East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and first-degree failure to appear on April 27. Police said he was caught shoplifting from Sears. Bond was set at $1,000.

West Hartford: Joel Seavey, 22, 67 Shunhut Road, Cromwell, was charged with failure to display plate/sticker, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on April 27. Police said charged with possession of narcotics, paraphernalia and a motor vehicle violation after an investigation. Bond was set at $2,500.

103 Raymond Road: Denys Rozhek, 24, 78 Marwood Drive, New Britain, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear on April 27. Bond was set at $3,000.

46 Kane Street: Kyle Young, 20, 223 Country Club Road, Middletown, was charged with conspiracy and one count of sixth-degree larceny on April 27. Police said he was caught shoplifting at ShopRite. Bond was set at $3,000.

West Hartford: David Grinsell, 54, 674 Mountain Road, was charged with disorderly conduct on April 28. Police said he was arrested after a domestic incident with his son. Bond was set at $500.

674 Mountain Road: Dakota J. Grinsell, 19, 674 Mountain Road, was charged with disorderly conduct on April 28. Police said he was involved in a domestic disturbance with his father. Bond was set at $500.

I-84/Exit 42: Gerald J. Blejewski, 50, 883 Plainville Avenue, Farmington, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while using a cell phone, failure to keep drug in original container, illegal possession and possession of a controlled substance on April 28. Bond was set at $25,000.

West Hartford: Steven Lindstrom, 42, 145 Washington Street, Bristol, was charged with illegal possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree violation of conditional release on April 28. Bond was set at $3,000.

1519 Asylum Avenue: Shanice S. Bournes, 19, 20 Martin Street, Hartford, was charged with illegal possession of marijuana on April 28. Police said she was taken into custody after she was found to have an arrest warrant from East Hartford. Bond was set at $1,000.

West Hartford: Elizabeth E. Wilson, 28, 41 Forster Street, Hartford, was charged with driving in right hand lane and operating while under the influence on April 29. Bond was set at $500.

West Hartford: Marc Mutchler, 26, 66 High Path Road, Windsor, was turned over to another police department on April 29. Police said during a motor vehicle stop, he was arrested on a warrant. Bond was not set.

106 Grandview Terrace, Hartford: Quentin L. Parsons, 33, 106 Grandview Terrace, Hartford, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree larceny on April 29. A police officer responded to a call for assistance at the town impound yard and the officer reported that Parsons was said to have stolen storm grates from the impound yard. Bond was set at $5,000.

West Hartford: Shacoya Parkman, 18, 161 Martin Street Apt. 4, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on April 29. Police said she was involved in a shoplifting incident at Macy’s. Bond was set at $1,000.

I-84/Kane Street: Nadiel Ramos, 44, 349 Hillside Avenue, Hartford, was turned over to Hartford Police on April 29. Police said he was stopped for motor vehicle violations and was found to have five felony warrants for sale of narcotics to undercover officers out of Hartford Police. No bond was set.

West Hartford: Patrick Brennan, 40, 15 Fourth Street, Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on April 29. Police said he was caught shoplifting tools from Sears. Bond was set at $1,000.

46 Kane Street: Felecia Garnes, 34, 617 Broad Street Apt. 10D, Hartford, was charged with illegal possession of marijuana on April 29. Bond was set at $1,000.

West Hartford: Jamar Bridges, 37, 235 South Quaker Lane Apt. 2, was charged with second-degree breach of peace on April 29. Bond was set at $1,500.

West Hartford: Luis F. Perez, 25, 136 Magnolia Street, Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on April 30. Bond was set at $2,500.

49 South Quaker Lane: Justin Valentin, 25, 49 South Quaker Lane, was charged with disorderly conduct on April 30. Police said he was involved in a domestic incident with his girlfriend. Bond was set at $25,000.

1003 Farmington Avenue: Ryan D. Harrington, 18, 15 Colton Road, was charged with illegal possession of marijuana on April 30. Police said he was arrested for less than four ounces of marijuana subsequent to an incident in the parking lot behind Harry’s Pizza on Farmington Avenue. Bond was set at $1,000.

1003 Farmington Avenue: Daniel R. Guilfuchi, 18, 745 South Quaker Lane, was charged with illegal possession of marijuana on April 30. Police said he was arrested for less than four ounces of marijuana subsequent to an incident in the parking lot behind Harry’s Pizza on Farmington Avenue. Bond was set at $1,000.

West Hartford: Aaron L. Krikorian, 22, 73 Fairfield Road, was charged with illegal sale of liquor to a minor on May 1. Bond was set at $1,500.

994 Farmington Avenue: Alec B. Schwartz, 19, 281 Shellpoint East, Maitland, FL, was charged with interfering with an officer on May 1. Police said he was arrested following an investigation where he began to lie about his age and how he procured liquor. Bond was set at $1,500.

West Hartford: Jermaine Morgan, 28, 32 Austin Street, New Britain, was charged with failure to drive in proper lane, illegal possession near a school, illegal possession of a hallucinogen, and operating while under the influence on May 1. Bond was set at $5,000.

Prospect Avenue/Kane Street: Scott A. Dubreuil, 50, 80 Hickory Street, Norwich, was charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and restricted turns fail signal on May 1. Police said following a motor vehicle stop, he was found to be in possession of heroin. Bond was set at $2,500.
