503 New Park Avenue: Tina L. Malone, 44, 120 Oakland Terrace, Hartford, was charged with illegal possession of marijuana in the Home Depot parking lot on March 14. Bond was set at $1,000.

503 New Park Avenue: Eric R. Heaven, 25, 74 Mansfield Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on March 14. Police said he returned items at Home Depot that he had taken from the aisles and had not purchased. Bond was set at $1,000.

Prospect Ave./West Boulevard: Athikom A. Sukasame, 29, 7 Madison Road, Glastonbury, faces multiple charges after a multi-town marijuana growing investigation in which many plants were seized. Bail was set at $500,000.

103 Raymond Road: Lisa Reck, 41, 88 Overbrook Road, was charged with leaving a child unattended in a public place and injury/risk of impairing the morals of a minor on March 14. No bond was set.

103 Raymond Road: Kevin A. Gordon, 19, 500 Gates Avenue, Apt. 6B, New York, NY, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and threatening the staff at the American School for the Deaf on March 14. Bond was set at $7,500.

Kane Street Plaza: Nikia McKenzie, 29, 46 Vine St., C1, Hartford, was found to have an active warrant from the Windsor police department for third-degree robbery after a motor vehicle stop on March 14.

103 Raymond Road: Michael D. Foresi, 42, 4 Cianci Avenue, Plainville, was charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to use turn signals on March 14. Police said he was found to be in possession of heroin and a crack pipe. Bond was set at $5,000.

29 Mozart Street: Julie A. Quinn, 19, 29 Mozart Street, was charged with illegal possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on March 14. Police said a neighbor called police after smelling marijuana.

Farmington Avenue/Robin Road: Arben Qerimi, 39, 34 Huyshope Avenue, Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace on March 15. Police said Qerimi knocked over numerous garbage cans, which caused a disturbance. Bond was set at $2,500.

103 Raymond Road: Samuel M. Winston, 48, 15 Cardinal Drive, East Hartford, was charged with second-degree and sixth-degree larceny, operating with a registration/license/suspended/revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia and using/tampering with a motor vehicle without permission on March 15. Police said Winston was stopped because the vehicle he was driving was believed to be stolen. Bond was set at $10,000.

166 South Main Street: Robert A. Whitehead, 61, 166 South Main Street, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and threatening on March 15. Bond was set at $10,000.

101 Lafayette Street: Michael Colon, 25, 596 East Main Street, New Britain, was charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond was set at $2,500.

Flatbush Avenue/I-84: Kevin J. Sansone, 24, 87 Hilton Drive, South Windsor, was arrested on March 15 on a valid arrest warrant for sixth-degree larceny from the East Windsor police department.

103 Raymond Road: Leidy Ramos, 22, 3434 77th St., Apt. 3H, Queens, NY, was charged with two counts of fifth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device on March 15. Police said Ramos was shoplifting from Sephora. Bond was set at $15,000.

Kane Street/I-84: Jaden Davis, 19, 82 Flynn Lane, Middletown, was charged with failure to display plates/sticker and illegal possession of marijuana on March 15. Police said Davis was found to be in possession of marijuana following a motor vehicle stop. Bond was set at $1,000.

103 Raymond Road: Erika S. Duenas, 18, 10 Linbrook Road, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on March 15. Police said Duenas was shoplifting at Macy's. Bond was set at $1,000.

103 Raymond Road: Travele L. Givens, 30, 129 South St., Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, criminal violation of a protective ordering/threatening and injury/risk of impairing the morals of a minor on March 16. Police said the arrest was related to the violation of a protective order in February. Bond was set at $5,000.

103 Raymond Road: Stanley F. Szynkowicz, 52, 50 Tunxis Road, Bristol, was charged with illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia on March 16 following a motor vehicle stop. Bond was set at $15,000.

103 Raymond Road: Jack R. Yeamans, 33, 415 East Road, Bristol, was charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, and restricted turns fail signal on March 15. Police said Yeamans was found to be in possession of 30 bags of heroin during a motor vehicle stop. Bond was set at $15,000.

103 Raymond Road: Ryan Barrow, 26, 200 Russo Avenue, East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace on March 17. Police said Barrow got into a physical altercation with his girlfriend. No bond was set.

Park Road/Prospect Avenue: Michael Bruno, 28, 37 Rocky Hill Avenue, New Britain, was charged with failure to drive right and operating while under the influence on March 17. Bond was set at $1,000.

103 Raymond Road: Christine Cappella, 27, 200 Russo Avenue, East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace on March 17. Police said Cappella was arrested at her home in relation to her involvement in a domestic incident in West Hartford. Bond was set at $1,000.

103 Raymond Road: Wayne P. Gleifert, 30, 130 Clinic Drive, Apt. 101, New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on March 17. Police said he shoplifted gum from CVS Pharmacy. Box was set at $10,000.

333 North Main Street: Laverne Terry, 49, 377 Woodland Street, Apt. 2B, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device on March 17. Police said he was arrested at Marshall's for shoplifting.

103 Raymond Road: Jarren Ricks, 21, 88 Brittany Farms Street, Apt. 321, New Britain, was charged with failure to have tail lamps; illegal manufacturing, distribution and sale of prescription drugs; illegal possession near a school, illegal possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia on March 17. Bond was set at $2,500.

103 Raymond Road: Michael Hill, 31, 44K Talcott Forest Road, Farmington, was charged with failure to drive right and operating a vehicle while under the influence on March 17. Bond was set at $500.

103 Raymond Road: Harold E. Blanchard, 21, of 27 Richard Lane, Bloomfield, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to have tail lamps lit, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, and restricted turns fail signal on March 18. Police said Blanchard was observed driving erratically with no tail lights. Bond was set at $500.

1056 Boulevard: Larry D. Burns, 18, 111 Richard Street, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on March 18. Bond was set at $2,500.

30 Lasalle Road: Edgar A. Rivera, 41, 72 Folly Brook Boulevard, Apt. 4, Wethersfield, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass on March 18. Bond was set at $5,000.

103 Raymond Road: Brian W. Diaz, 20, 125 Preston Street., Apt. 2W, Hartford, was charged with numerous counts of third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, and fourth-degree larceny on March 18. Bond was set at $50,000.

103 Raymond Road: Emerson B. Dossantos, 30, 268 Newington Road, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, operating a vehicle without a license, and operating a vehicle while under the influence on March 18. Bond was set at $500.

50 Raymond Road: Benjamin J. Miscione, 22, 113 Lynn Drive, Monroe, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and sixth-degree larceny on March 19. Police said he left the Cheesecake Factory without paying his bill, was followed by staff and apprehended by police behind 50 Raymond Road. Bond was set at $1,000.

103 Raymond Road: Michael V. Dellaccio, 24, 783 North Main Street, was charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence on March 19. Bond was set at $500.

111 Prospect Avenue: Anthony Rodriguez, 28, 111 Prospect Ave., Apt. B, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct on March 19. Police said Rodriguez and his girlfriend were involved in a domestic disturbance. Bond was set at $2,500.

111 Prospect Avenue: Silired Hernandez, 24, 111 Prospect Avenue, was charged with disorderly conduct on March 19. Police said she was involved in a domestic dispute with her boyfriend. Bond was set at $1,000.

1445 New Britain Avenue: Drupati Narine, 45, 363 Campfield Avenue, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on March 19. Police said she took $262 in merchandise from Sears. Bond was set at $1,500.

Park Road/Fairfax Avenue: Jason R. Talbot, 20, 58 Towhee Lane, Glastonbury, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and possession of a controlled substance on March 19. Police said she was stopped on a motor vehicle violation and found to be in possession of ecstasy. Bond was set at $2,500.

103 Raymond Road: Tracy B. Danziger, 50, 12 Shipyard Road, Middle Haddam, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and operating a vehicle while under the influence on March 19. Bond was set at $500.

1000 New Britain Avenue: Luis E. Pinel-Zelaya, 19, 43 Chevas Road, Avon, was charged with failure to obey a control signal, operating with registration/license/suspended/revoked, operating while under the influence and possession of alcohol by a minor on March 20. Police said he was stopped for running a red light and failed field sobriety tests.

103 Raymond Road: Noel Rodriguez, 19, 109-08 155th St., Jamaica Queens, NY, was charged with illegal possession of marijuana on March 20. Police said Rodriguez is a student at the American School for the Deaf and was found to be in possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $2,500.
