Numerous Shoplifting Arrests Made; Drug Possession Charges Filed

Arrest log for May 2-8, 2011

West Hartford: Robert I. Hudson, 50, 41 Rector Street, East Hartford, was charged with violation of probation on May 2. Police said he was stopped for having an unregistered motor vehicle and having a headlight out and it was later determined he had a violation of probation warrant. Bond was set at $5,000.

103 Raymond Road: Sergio F. Mesen, 28, 183 Bassett Street, New Britain, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on May 2. Bond was set at $2,500.

West Hartford: Maria Sanchez, 47, 55 ½ Trinity Street, New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on May 2. Police said she was shoplifting at Sephora. Bond was set at $500.

West Hartford: Keashie Walker, 40, 1670 Main Street Apt. 2B, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on May 2. Police said she was shoplifting at Marshalls. Bond was set at $2,500.

1500 New Britain Avenue: Alexandra L. Thomas, 20, 721 Park Avenue, Windsor, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and two counts of sixth-degree larceny on May 2. Police said she shoplifted from Macy’s. Bond was set at $2,500.

1500 New Britain Avenue: Shardinnay Canino, 19, 291 Oakwood Avenue, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and two counts of sixth-degree larceny on May 2.  Police said she shoplifted from Macy’s. Bond was set at $2,500.

2281 Albany Avenue: Alexander T. Dyson, 18, 82 Quaker Lane, was charged with illegal possession of marijuana, sixth-degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia on May 3. Police said he passed out at a friend’s house after drinking alcohol and was found to have several pieces of women’s jewelry and a container of marijuana. Bond was set at $500.

103 Raymond Road: Zachary W. Roof, 18, 72 Oak Street Apt. 2, Manchester, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on May 3. Police said Roof turned himself in on a failure to appear warrant stemming from a drug arrest in 2010. Bond was set at $5,000.

101 Lafayette Street, Hartford: Craig N. Kimble, 52, 35 Elm Street, East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on May 3. Police said he was served an arrest warrant for a shoplifting incident. Bond was set at $7,500.

528 New Park Avenue: Scott A. Dubreuil, 50, 80 Hickory Street, Norwich, was charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree violation of conditions of release on May 3. Police said he violated conditions of release from a similar heroin arrest less than 48 hour prior to this arrest for possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000.

101 Lafayette Street, Hartford: Bayron J. Ramos, 24, 34 Huyshope Avenue, Hartford, was charged with two counts of third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree larceny on May 3. Police said he was served an arrest warrant for his part in a commercial burglary. Bond was set at $5,000.

1037 Boulevard: Jimmy Crespo, 52, 30 Beacon Street Apt. 205, was charged twice with second-degree failure to appear on May 3. Police said he was arrested on two valid failure to appear warrants from original charges of sixth-degree larceny by Hartford Police. Bond was set at $5,000.

195 Prospect Avenue, Hartford: David J. Rose, 29, 520 Broad Street, Hartford, was charged with illegal possession and sixth-degree larceny on May 3. Police said he was arrested for shoplifting and was also found to be in possession of heroin. Bond was set at $10,000.

West Hartford: Anthony Day, 21, 18530 Mack Avenue Apt. 530, Grosse Pointe, MI, was charged with second-degree breach of peace on May 3. No bond was set.

103 Raymond Road: Nancy M. Rosa-Carrion, 44, 109 Windsor Avenue, Meriden, was charged with two counts of fifth-degree larceny on May 4. Police said she was arrested after an investigation regarding fraudulent payroll checks cashed in West Hartford. No bond was set.

103 Raymond Road: Sarah A. Stuart, 20, 271 Simsbury Road, was turned over to another police department on May 4. No bond was set.

Prospect Avenue/Kane Street: Ryan Saucier, 32, 81 Ashwell Drive, Plantsville, was charged with illegal possession, misuse of plate, no insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on May 4. Bond was set at $1,000.

36 Old Stone Crossing: Lisa Nicole Skinner, 29, 1843 Hullwood Drive, Kingston, NC, was charged with residential soliciting without a permit on May 4. Bond was set at $1,000.

36 Old Stone Crossing: Krislynn Collins, 20, 113 Keating Grove, Batesville, MS, was charged with residential soliciting without a permit on May 4. Bond was set at $100.

536 South Quaker Lane: Gregory Francis Bouvier, 46, 536 South Quaker Lane, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on May 4. Police said he was taken into custody on a valid re-arrest warrant. Bond was set at $10,000.

I-84/Kane Street: Charles H. Dean, 38, 64 Pippingrock Road, Waterbury, was charged with failure to renew registration, illegal possession of marijuana and restricted turns fail signal on May 5. No bond was set.

Brunswick Avenue: Jakob R. Fisher, 18, 32 Allen Street, New Britain, was charged with illegal possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on May 5. Police said following a possible medical emergency call, he was arrested for possession of less than 4 oz. of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,500.

Trout Brook Drive/Asylum Avenue: Daniel Bunch, 22, 91 Funston Avenue, Torrington, was charged with illegal possession of marijuana, illegal tinted glass and possession of drug paraphernalia on May 5. Bond was set at $1,500.

245 Prospect Avenue, Hartford: Angel L. Lozada, 20, 140 Henry Street, New Britain, was charged with illegal possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on May 5. Bond was set at $1,000.

90 Kane Street: Jeremy B. Houston, 24, 90 Kane Street Apt. B9, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and two counts of interfering with a 911 call on May 6. Bond was set at $5,000.

South Quaker Lane/Park Road: Matthew M. Wittig, 48, address listed as homeless, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on May 7. Police said he was panhandling and found to have a warrant. Bond was set at $2,500. He was also charged with illegal possession and failure to keep drug in original container on May 7. Bond was set at $1,500.

West Hartford: Israel Castillo, 19, 24 Outlook Street, East Hartford, was turned over to East Hartford Police. Police said he was found to have three outstanding warrants from East Hartford for larceny and burglary charges. No bond was set.

West Hartford: Jon Swebilius, 30, 42 Dexter Avenue, Meriden, was charged with illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia on May 7. Police said he was arrested for narcotics following a motor vehicle stop. Bond was set at $1,000. 

West Hartford: Devon B. Rudaitis, 25, 5 Russell Street, Wallingford, was charged with illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia on May 7. Police said he was found to have narcotics following a motor vehicle stop. Bond was set at $1,000.

West Hartford: Robert Dunbar, 24, 42 Dexter Avenue, Meriden, was charged with failure to display plate/sticker, illegal possession of marijuana, illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia on May 7. Police said he was arrested following a motor vehicle stop. Bond was set at $1,000.

103 Raymond Road: Mark Bispham, 24, 6 Hilltop Circle, Bloomfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace on May 7. Police said he was arrested after pulling his ex-girlfriend from his vehicle. Bond was set at $1,500.

2542 Albany Avenue: James Giuliano, 29, 124 E. Wolcott Avenue, Windsor, was turned over to another police department on May 7.  Police said he had a warrant out of Rocky Hill for third-degree burglary, fourth-degree larceny and other charges. No bond was set.

West Hartford: Jose Alberto Perez, 41, 50 Pitkin Street, East Hartford, was turned over to another police department on May 7. No bond was set.

1500 New Britain Avenue: Courtney King-Saunders, 18, 28 Andover Street, Hartford, was turned over to Hartford Police. Police said he was involved in an argument at the mall and during an ID check was found to be wanted by Hartford Police. No bond was set.

Prospect Avenue/Kane Street: Carmelo N.Ortiz, 49, 117 Park Road, was charged with failure to renew license, no insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating while under the influence on May 8. Bond was set at $500.

West Hartford: Noble M. Latif, 25, 186 Fern Street, was charged with interfering with an officer, operating while under the influence and speeding on May 8. Bond was set at $1,000.

West Hartford: Kimberly Rudy, 37, 17 Farmington Avenue Apt. U1, Plainville, was charged with illegal possession, injury/risk/impairing morals of a child and possession of drug paraphernalia on May 8. Police said during a motor vehicle stop, several needles and partial bags of heroin were located in the vehicle. Bond was set at $5,000.

West Hartford: Michelle Ann Charette, 37, 1029 Slater Road, New Britain, was charged with failure to display plate/sticker, illegal possession, injury/risk/impairing morals of a child, operating with registration/license/suspended/revoked, and possession of drug paraphernalia on May 8. Police said during a motor vehicle stop, several needles and partial bags of heroin were located in the vehicle. Bond was set at $5,000.
