Police: Burglar Found in West Hartford Garage
Resident reported seeing an unfamiliar man in neighbor's garage.
For the third time in as many weeks, West Hartford police arrested a suspected burglar as a result of an alert neighbor.
According to an incident report, officers were dispatched to 199 Warrenton Ave. after a resident reported that an unidentified male was in a neighbor’s garage.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found William Gonzalez-Valentin, 48, was in possession of a stolen silver Cannondale bicycle.

Gonzalez-Valentin was charged with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and possession of narcotics.
