Morello indicated he left a dance recital for a family member in New Britain and went to Hartford to buy PCP, police said. “I was only supposed to be gone for five minutes,” Morello told police.
According to police, Morello was surprised when told he was seated in a West Hartford police cruiser. Police said Morello thought he was being arrested by New Britain police.
