Police Make Arrests for Drugs, DUI and No Seat Belts

Police arrest log for June 27-July 4, 2011. The following arrest information was supplied by the West Hartford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

West Hartford: Michael Gorski, 42, 50 High Street, Winsted, was charged with illegal possession of marijuana on June 27. Police said he was arrested for possession of methamphetamine following a motor vehicle stop. Bond was set at $2,500.

West Hartford: Joseph Fadoir, 50, 50 High Street, Winsted, was charged with illegal possession of marijuana and failure to use turn signals on June 27. Police said he was arrested for possession of methamphetamine following a motor vehicle stop. Bond was set at $2,500.

West Hartford: Connor Lee, 26, R6 Saint Marc Circle, South Windsor, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on June 27. Police said he turned himself in on a warrant. Bond was set at $1,000.

635 New Park Avenue: Michelle E. Ringrose, 21, 505 Tobacco Street, Lebanon, was charged with failure to wear a seat belt, illegal possession, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on June 27. Police said she was stopped on a motor vehicle violation and was found to be in possession of heroin, drug paraphernalia and Klonopin pills. Bond was set at $2,500.

635 New Park Avenue: Patrick T. Meskers, 23, 210 North Main Street, Marlborough, was charged with failure to wear a seat belt, illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia on June 27. Police said he was a passenger in a motor vehicle and was found to be in possession of heroin and a needle. Bond was set at $2,500.

I-84/Park Road: David M. Stark, 34, 34 Huyshope Avenue, Hartford, was charged with failure to pay or plead on June 27. Police said he was stopped for soliciting and was found to have a warrant out of New Britain for failure to respond to an infraction ticket. Bond was set at $99.

12 Abbotsford Avenue: Timothy J. Reilly, 19, 12 Abbotsford Avenue, was charged with carrying and sale of a dangerous weapon and third-degree criminal mischief on June 27. Police said he was arrested after a domestic incident at his house. Bond was set at $2,500.

103 Raymond Road: Leslie I. Rochester, 36, 40 Sheep Hill Drive, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on June 27. Police said he turned himself in on a warrant for failing to appear in Manchester court on June 6. Bond was set at $500.

I-84/Kane Street: Michael L. Sailor, 30, 105 Sherbrook Avenue Apt. 29, Hartford, was charged with violation of probation on June 27. Police said he was stopped on a motor vehicle violation and was found to have a violation of probation warrant. Bond was set at $15,000.

West Hartford: Curtis R. Barnes, 32, 71 Cleveland Avenue, Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on June 28. Police said he was arrested on a warrant out of Hartford for charges following a motor vehicle stop. Bond was set at $1,000.

West Hartford: Quincy R. Evans, 21, 232 Hillside Avenue, Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass on June 28. Police said he turned himself in on an arrest warrant for first-degree criminal trespass. Bond was set at $2,500.

West Hartford: Scott A. Dubreuil, 50, 80 Hickory Street, Norwich, was charged with first-degree failure to appear on June 28. Bond was set at $5,000.

101 Lafayette Street, Hartford: Robert J. Boulay, 30, 19 Kibbe Street, Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny on June 28. Police said he was arrested on a warrant for shoplifting, and the warrant was served at Hartford Superior Court due to the accused being locked up. Bond was set at $5,000.

Oakwood Avenue/Kane Street: Tyler G. Pencz, 22, 66 Lancaster Road, was charged with illegal possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on June 28. Bond was set at $1,000.

West Hartford: Cory M. Lanza, 24, 64 Somerset Street, was charged with illegal possession of marijuana on June 28. Police said during a traffic stop, he was found to be in possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $1,000.

West Hartford: Kewan Willis, 22, 18 Sequin Street, Hartford, was charged three separate times with second-degree failure to appear on June 29. Bond was set at $11,000.

25 Coolidge Road: Jacob R. Eppner, 18, 25 Coolidge Road, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, interfering with a 911 call and second-degree threatening on June 29. Police said they responded to a report of a domestic disturbance, where Eppner is said to have engaged in a verbal altercation with his parents before punching holes in a bedroom wall and garage door and tearing a phone cord from the wall. Bond was set at $1,500.

62 Grissom Drive: Peter C. Zdunek, 20, 1961 Boulevard, was charged with illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescriptions, illegal possession near a school, illegal possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on June 30. Police said he was arrested after being found in possession of marijuana, an electronic scale and full baggies. Bond was set at $5,000.

158 Shield Street: Curly H. Young, 41, 164 Manchester Street, Hartford, was charged with violation of probation on June 30. Police said he was taken into custody on a warrant after being located as a missing person. Bond was set at $750,000.

983 New Britain Avenue: Glenda Frink, 47, 179 Divinity Street, Bristol, was charged with failure to wear a seat belt, illegal obtaining or supplying and illegal possession of marijuana on June 30. Police said following a motor vehicle stop, she was found to be in possession of marijuana and Lexapro that was not prescribed to her. Bond was set at $1,500.

South Street/Shield Street: Dillon W. Livingstone, 26, 256 Adrian Avenue, Newington, was charged with failure to wear a seat belt and illegal possession on June 30. Police said he was stopped on a motor vehicle violation and was caught concealing heroin and cocaine in his buttocks. No bond was set.

1500 New Britain Avenue: Leord J. Shakes, 56, 82 Brittany Farms Road Apt. 121, New Britain, was charged with illegal possession of marijuana, operating with registration/license/suspended/revoked, operating while under the influence and illegible plate on June 30. Bond was set at $2,500.

Prospect Avenue/Park Road: John A. Ruiz, 40, 132 Mark Twain Drive, Hartford, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order, threatening and sixth-degree larceny on July 1.  Police said he was detained by Hartford Police for West Hartford Police based on an arrest warrant. No bond was set.

101 Lafayette Street, Hartford: Steven D. Reynolds, 50, 267 Covington Street, Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny on July 1. Police said he was served with an arrest warrant at Hartford Superior Court for shoplifting at Sears. Bond was set at $5,000.

Webster Street, Hartford: Carlos A. Sanchez-Cotto, 43, 484 Ann Street Apt. 11, Hartford, was charged with one count of third-degree burglary, one count of third-degree criminal mischief and one count of third-degree larceny on July 1. He was also charged with second-degree failure to appear on July 1. Police said he burglarized a residential house, fled in a vehicle and was stopped by Hartford Police. Bond was set at $77,000.

106 Webster Street, Hartford: Marcos A. Marrero, 46, 44 New Britain Avenue, Hartford, was charged with one count of third-degree burglary, one count of third-degree criminal mischief and one count of third-degree larceny on July 1. Police said he was arrested after being identified by a witness for breaking into a residence at 89 Prospect Avenue. Bond was set at $75,000.

1128 Trout Brook Drive: Richard E. Perez-Dominguez, 23, 139 Orchard Road, was charged with failure to drive in proper lane and operating while under the influence on July 2. Bond was set at $500.

103 Raymond Road: John Maile, 47, 20 Laurel Drive, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass on July 2. Police said he had been evicted but returned back to the property after being served the eviction notice. Bond was set at $2,500.

West Hartford: Regina Siuta-Singh, 51, 20 Laurel Drive, was charged with misuse of the 911 system on July 2. Police said she was arrested for calling 911 several times without an emergency. Bond was set at $2,500.

Albany Avenue/Mountain Road: Richard H. Tamminen, 41, 26 Cottage Road, New Hartford, was charged with failure to wear a seat belt, use of a cell phone while driving and possession of drug paraphernalia on July 3. Police said he was stopped for no seat belt, and an investigation revealed he was in possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,000.

227 South Quaker Lane: Orville P. Linton, 45, 227 South Quaker Lane Apt. 3, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint on July 3. Police said he was involved in a domestic dispute with his wife which became physical against her. Bond was set at $5,000.

1044 Boulevard: Paul G. Gardner, 26, 24 Gary Drive, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia on July 3. No bond was set.

1044 Boulevard: Justin Miller, 25, 7 Sparkle Street, Enfield, was charged with illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia on July 3. Police said he was found to be in possession of heroin. Bond was set at $10,000.

West Hartford: Raheim J. Brissett, 28, 503 New Britain Avenue, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and conspiracy on July 4. No bond was set.

62 Boulanger Avenue: Brenda Mendez, 35, 69 Salem Road, East Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on July 4. Police said she was arrested on a warrant after a motor vehicle stop and was also found to be in possession of marijuana. No bond was set.
