Police Make Arrests For Outstanding Warrants

Police arrest log for July 11-17, 2011. The following arrest information was supplied by the West Hartford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction

West Hartford: Ronald M. Batson, 25, 20 May Street Apt. 204, Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on July 11. Police said he turned himself in on a surety bond for the charge of second-degree failure to appear. Bond was set at $750.

West Hartford: Kensworth Henry, 29, 34 Violin Terrace, Hartford, was charged with illegal possession, misuse of plate, operating with registration/license/suspended/revoked, and possession of drug  paraphernalia on July 11. Police said during a motor vehicle stop, they found approximately 1.8 grams of crack cocaine in a door compartment and a razor blade with cocaine residue on it in his wallet. Bond was set at $1,000.

716 Farmington Avenue: Laura A. Bell, 44, 716 Farmington Avenue, was charged with failure to pay or plead on July 12. Police said she was arrested on a warrant. Bond was set at $1,000.

Albany Avenue/North Main Street: George W. Butler, 35, 385 Holcomb Street, Hartford, was charged with violation of probation on July 12. Police said during a traffic stop, he was found to have a warrant for violation of probation. Bond was set at $20,000.

Prospect Avenue: Lucas A. Wisniewski, 22, 84 Cambridge Avenue, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening on July 12. Police said he was taken into custody on a warrant. Bond was set at $10,000.

West Hartford: Sean McGuire, 24, 44 Brenway Drive, was charged   with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening on July 12. Police said he turned himself into police after a warrant was issued for a domestic incident that occurred on June 28, 2011. No bond was set.

New Park Avenue/Talcott Road: Hector Perez, 24, 43 White Street, Hartford, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order, non-threateningand failure to wear a seat belt on July 13. Police said he was stopped on a motor vehicle violation and was found to have violated a protective order with his driver/baby’s mother. Bond was set at $5,000.

New Park Avenue/Talcott Road: Kaitlyn S.McCue, 22, 30 Oakland   Avenue, Farmington, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order, non-threatening on July 13. Police said she was stopped on a motor vehicle violation and was found to have violated a protective order with her passenger/baby’s father.

West Hartford: Jose Delrio, 44, 43 Morris Street, Hartford, was turned over to another police department on July 13. Police said he was arrested during a motor vehicle stop on a warrant. No bond was set.

West Hartford: David R. Rose, 46, 990 Capitol Avenue Apt. C4, Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal trespass on July 14. Bond was set at $10,000.

712 Farmington Avenue: Elandra Bennett, 18, 712 Farmington Avenue Apt. 308, was charged with violation of probation on July 14. Police said she was taken into custody for a violation of probation
warrant. Bond was set at $7,500.

West Hartford: Matthew Kormoski, 27, 35 Sherwood Circle, Manchester, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order on July 14. Police said he was arrested on a warrant. No bond was set.

West Hartford: Nerissa A. Vento, 26, 25 Batterson Drive, New Britain, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to obey control signal and operating while under the influence on July 15. No bond was set.

West Hartford: Aliatasha M. Martin, 28, 132 High Path Road, Windsor, was turned over to another police department on July 15. Police said during a motor vehicle stop, she was found to have an arrest warrant. No bond was set.

Prospect Avenue: John Horesky, 24, 1 New Britain Avenue, Hartford,was charged with second-degree failure to appear and sixth-degree larceny on July 15. Bond was set at $5,000.

507 New Park Avenue: Marysol Rodriguez, 34, 218 Laurel Street, Apt. C12 Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny on July 15. Police said she admitted to stealing jewelry while working at BJ’s. Bond was set at $1,500.

55 Fairlawn Street: John Cassidy, 29, 55 Fairlawn Street Apt. 2, was charged with failure to respond to a violation on July 15. Police said he was arrested at his residence after he was found to have a warrant. Bond was set at $150.

971 Farmington Avenue: Anton Brel, 23, 2 Park Place Circle, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace on July 16. Police said he was arrested after an officer witnessed him punch another man in the face. Bond was set at $5,000.

West Hartford: Michael M. Searson, 23, 4 Kirbyshire, Avon, was charged with failure to have tail lamps, operating while under the influence and restricted turns failure to signal on July 16. Bond was set at $500.

Trout Brook Drive/Vera Street: Lucas Azer, 29, 4550 Rue Rivard, Montreal, Canada, was charged with no insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating while under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast on July 16. Bond was set at $1,000.

1670 Main Street, Hartford: Robert Lee Lewis, 52, 1670 Main Street Apt. B-1 Hartford, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order, threatening, disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening on July 16. Police said Lewis was involved in a domestic disturbance with his girlfriend. Subsequent to his arrest for disorderly conduct, it was discovered there was an active protective order  prohibiting Lewis from being at the residence or having contact with his girlfriend. Bond was set at $50,000.

103 Raymond Road: Shirley Narvaez-Cruz, 35, 45 School Street Apt. 3E Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening on July 16. Bond was set at $2,500.

West Hartford: Jason W. Lipshez, 24, 4 Circle Drive, Unionville, was charged with illegal possession on July 16. Police said he was arrested for drug possession charges from an incident at Sears.

New Britain Avenue/Abbotsford Avenue: Todd D. Czerwinski, 30, 114 Oakdale Street, Wethersfield,was charged with failure to drive in proper lane and operating while under the influence on July 17. Bond was set at $500.

West Hartford: Danielle L. Bouvier, 25, 503 Meyers Drive, Rocky Hill, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order, threatening on July 17. No bond was set.

West Hartford: Victor Munoz, 48, 120 Kane Street B4, was charged with failure to respond/infraction on July 17. Bond was set at $244.
