[Updated] Police: Man Masturbated Outside Whole Foods in West Hartford
Jack Stierer of Farmington was arrested after a woman called police, reports say.
A Farmington man was seen masturbating in his car as he watched customers entering and leaving the Whole Foods in West Hartford, according to published reports.
Jack Stierer, 58, of Farmington, was seen touching himself inside his car in the parking lot of the Raymond Road store on July 26. A woman said she parked near him and called police, the reports say.
Stierer turned himself in without incident, according to police. He has a history of this behavior, Lt. Frank Fallon said.
Stierer was arrested and charged with breach of peace. He was released on a $3,500 bond and scheduled to appear in the Hartford court on Aug. 14.
